Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu continues to protest against the Geneva deal, making allegations about Iran\'s nuclear program.
Speaking at the Institute for National Security Studies in Tel Aviv, the Israeli prime minister said that according to their assessment, under the Geneva agreement, Iran is just six weeks away from building a nuclear weapon. Throughout the years, Israeli officials have made similar allegations. Last October, Israeli officials said Iran is just one month away from building a nuclear bomb. Netanyahu\'s comments come ahead of the next round of nuclear negotiations between Iran and the P-five-plus-one group.

Iraqi security forces continue operations against al-Qaeda-linked insurgents in the restive west of the country.
Reports say some 50 militants of the terrorist group known as the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, ISIL, have been killed in Anbar province. Anbar has been the scene of fighting between the Iraqi government forces and the I-S-I-L over the past weeks. The clashes have claimed many lives on both sides. A large number of Iraqi civilians have also been killed in bomb blasts and other terrorist attacks in recent months. The Iraqi government has blamed the attacks on the al-Qaeda-linked group and its regional supporters including Saudi Arabia.

No end in sight to the deadly violence in the war-torn Iraq. Several people have been killed and many more injured in separate attacks in the capital Baghdad.
Two simultaneous bomb blasts in Baghdad left five people dead and fifteen others injured. Another explosion in the city\'s Kenani Market left scores of casualties. The attacks are the latest in a chain of deadly violent incidents hitting Iraq over the last months. The Iraqi government blames al-Qaeda-linked groups for the deadly unrest. In Syria, militants have withdrawn from a Palestinian refugee camp in southern Damascus under a deal with Palestinian factions. Palestinian fighters have been deployed to prevent the entry of any gunmen after most insurgents left the Yarmouk camp. Now a Palestinian delegation is set to tour it soon to make sure that all militants have left. Bomb disposal experts will also be sent there following the tour to defuse all explosives and mines before humanitarian aid is allowed in. Thousands of civilians have been trapped in Yarmouk since the Syrian army laid a siege on the camp after fighting broke out between opponents and supporters of the Syrian government there. The nearly seven-month blockade caused famine, claiming over a hundred lives.

Another day of bloodshed in Iraq. At least 22 people are killed in mortar attacks on a town south of the capital Baghdad.
Five mortar rounds hit a residential area, a market and a parking lot in the town of Musayyib. Over 50 people were also injured there. The town, which is close to the Shia-dominated city of Hillah, had been a former stronghold of insurgents. A bomb attack in the same town on Tuesday claimed five lives. Iraq has been witnessing a surge in attacks by al-Qaeda-linked militants for more than six months now. Reports say over 15-hundred civilians and security forces have been killed since the beginning of this year. That\\\'s in addition to 68-hundred people who lost their lives there last year.
