Why is the so-called international community silent against the war-crimes perpetrated by the evil and cruel Saudi regime?
Why are the Western governments supporting Saudi Arabia from the beginning of this aggression till date?
Why are the Muslim governments silent against this unjust onslaught?
Why are the so-called human rights organizations not creating a havoc in favor of the innocent men, women, and children dying in Yemen?
Are they not seeing that Yemen has been devastated by the Saudi regime with the support of the Great Satan America?
Remember, Yemen\\\'s situation today is a SLAP on the face of humanity! Shame on all the silent spectators - whoever they are and wherever they are!
After 7+ years of a Western-imposed war, what have the Yemeni people proven?
Is this a war of weapons or is it a war of will-powers and determination?
Sayyid Hashim al-Haidari outlines some of the responsibilities of the believers and the people of conscience.
YEMEN IS ALREADY VICTORIOUS!
May Allah protect the leadership of Yemen - Sayyid Abdul Malik - and relieve them from this non-stop oppression and war.

Beirut has filed a complaint to the United Nations against Israel over its spying on Lebanon. If Israel\'s spying, along with its violation of Lebanese airspace, \"constitutes a flagrant violation of international law and continuous aggression on Lebanese lands, Lebanese people, the military, security, and civilian institutions, then why hasn\'t the UN done anything about it? That\'s one of the questions we\'ll be asking in this edition of the debate. We\'ll also discuss the row over gas between Israel and Lebanon, and see what the chances are of a clash between Israel and Hezbollah.
Guests:
- Historian & Political Adviser, Geoffrey Alderman, (LONDON).
- Prof., Notre Dame University, George Labaki (BEIRUT).
Subjects:
1) Lebanon\'s caretaker Fm has not only filed a complaint to the UN: He has sent similar letters to foreign ministers of nations belonging to the 15-member Security Council, as well as to the Arab League, European Union foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton, Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and Chairman of the Non-Aligned Movement Iranian President Hassan Rouhani: Will any action be taken against Israel that will change Israel\'s behavior?
- \"Israel\'s continuous aggression constitutes a violation of international law and relevant international resolutions, particularly Resolution 1701
2) On Israel\'s illegal spying activities: the Dangers of the Israeli Telecomm Towers in Lebanese Territory, along with the Telecommunications Ministry announcement that Israel had installed surveillance posts along the border with Lebanon capable of monitoring the entire country: Why such interest in spying on such a vast scale over Lebanon?
3) REAX: \"Israel\'s next war must start in Lebanon\": Headline a few days of the Jewish Press: The next confrontation must start with heavy bombing attacks that would minimize later damage to Israeli cities like Kiryat Shmona, Tzfat, Nahariya and Tveria.
- Israel air attacks inside Syria took place 5 times in 2013: Israel said to stop transfer of weapons to Hezbollah: Yet, other reports indicate most of the long-range surface to surface missiles has reached Hezbolah: Why has Israel not attacked Lebanon, or Hezbollah strongholds?
- Syria spillover increasing chances of Israel attacking Lebanon: Two rockets fired from Lebanon landed close to the northern Israel: Israel responded to the attack immediately by shelling the area from which the attack originated. Possibility: that a Jihad group launched the attack in order to get Israel to attack Hezbollah and to force Hezbollah to divert some of its troops from Syria back to Lebanon.
4) The United States and Hezbollah are in secret talks to deal with the fight against al-Qaida, regional stability, and Lebanese political issues?
- Talks, brokered by the UK, \"are aimed at keeping tabs on the changes in the region and the world, and prepare for the upcoming return of Iran to the international community
5) The Eastern Mediterranean\'s Oil And Gas: Israel and Lebanon have been at odds over their maritime borders for decades, and recent discoveries in what\'s called the Levant Basin could create more conflict?
6) Israel has found comfort in one of its enemies: Saudi Arabia (who has just given 3 billion in military aid to Lebanon): how do u view this alliance vis-à-vis Lebanon?
7) Terrorist attacks inside Lebanon have been on the rise recently, one twin bombings claiming the life of an Iranian diplomat: Do you agree with the Iranian ambassador to Beirut says all recent terrorist attacks in Lebanon were carried out to serve the interests of the Israeli regime?

An international rights group has criticized Saudi Arabia for failing to address the dire human rights situation in the kingdom.
Amnesty International says Riyadh has failed not only to implement any of recommendations by the UN Human Rights Council, but has increased the brutal repression of its own citizens. Amnesty International\'s regional director says a paper has been submitted to the UN rights body highlighting arbitrary arrests, detentions, unfair trials, torture and other ill-treatment in the oil-rich kingdom. Philip Luther has called on the international community to make the Saudi regime accountable for violating the rights of its minority Shia community and migrant workers. He says Shia Muslims are being targeted for participating in anti-government demonstrations and for views which are critical of the state. Amnesty has also condemned the systematic discrimination against women in the ultra-conservative kingdom-- including a ban on women driving.

Staying with Egypt, the Muslim Brotherhood has dismissed a new government claim that the group has formed a military wing.
Mohamed Ali Beshr, who\'s a prominent figure of the Islamic movement, says the Brotherhood has NOT formed any military wing to stage attacks on Egypt\'s security forces. Beshr says the group has repeatedly condemned all forms of violence and terrorism. On Sunday, the interior ministry attributed an armed branch based in the city of Beni Suef to the Brotherhood. It also accused 12 members of the group of killing five policemen. Egypt\'s Muslim Brotherhood, on whose ticket Mohamed Morsi rose to power in 20-12, has already been listed as a terrorist organization by the government.

Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has described the flood disaster in Pakistan as the \\\"most urgent\\\" issue of the Muslim world.
Addressing crowds of worshippers at Tehran University after Eid al-Fitr prayers on Friday, Ayatollah Khamenei expressed deep sorrow over the catastrophic floods in Pakistan and the lingering humanitarian crisis it has brought to the country.
Iran has so far sent more than 400 tons of humanitarian aid including tents, blankets, food and medicine to Pakistan, and has also announced its readiness to play an active role in the reconstruction of the country\\\'s flood-ravaged regions.
Ayatollah Khamenei said the measures taken so far to relieve the disaster-hit Pakistanis was far from enough and appealed to all Muslims across the globe to help their brothers in Pakistan.
\\\"The Iranian nation and government, other Muslim nations and governments, and Islamic societies including the Organization of the Islamic Conference and Muslims communities in any corner of the world [must] rush to help the Pakistani nation and government and meet the various needs of the flood victims in Pakistan,\\\" the Leader said.
The international community has also pleaded for a boost in global relief efforts to help some 800,000 Pakistanis stranded in areas only accessible by air in the aftermath of the country\\\'s worst-ever natural disaster.
The floods washed through one-fifth of Pakistan in August, leaving at least 1,760 people dead and affecting at least another 17 million.
Ayatollah Khamenei further warned about efforts by some powers to take advantage of the political unrest and security gap in the violence-wracked country.
\\\"Some are seeking to turn Pakistan into their military base,\\\" the Leader cautioned, expressing hope that Islamabad would resolve the predicament by fulfilling its obligations.

A key trial has been suspended right after its opening. An Egyptian judge has ordered the adjournment of the trial of the first democratically-elected president, Mohamed Morsi.
The trial of Morsi and his co-defendants has been scheduled for January 8. The decision came after the defendants began chanting slogans against the army, saying that they didn\'t recognize the authority of the court. Morsi is reported to have said that he is the legitimate president of Egypt, calling on the court \'to end this farce\'. Mohamed Morsi, and 14 Brotherhood members are accused of inciting violence which left 10 protesters dead. The Muslim Brotherhood has called the charges fabricated. Security is currently tight in Egypt with some 20,000 policemen deployed to the streets. Brotherhood\'s supporters are demonstrating in several cities and outside the venue of the trial. Reports say dozens of protesters have already been arrested.

Afghan President Hamid Karzai has accused the US of refusing to provide his country with military supplies.
He has said in a statement that the move is aimed to put pressure on him to sign a controversial security pact with the US. Washington has denied the allegation, and repeated that, unless the deal is signed promptly, it could withdraw most of American forces from Afghanistan. Relations between Kabul and Washington have deteriorated in recent weeks over President Karzai\'s refual to sign the security pact. The deal allows several thousands of US troops to remain in Afghanistan after a 2014 pullout deadline for foreign forces. Karzai has set several conditions to sign the pact which has been approved by the country\'s grand council, Loya Jirga. These include a stop to raids on Afghan civilian homes, among others.

As both sides try and thrash out an agreement on the future of Syria, in the UK, the country\'s Foreign Secretary has announced plans to host refugees from the conflict area. Whilst William Hague has yet to set out how many refugees or the qualifying criteria, critics argue the UK\'s role in the issue should not be understated.
Chris Bambery has recently returned from a visit to a refugee camp in Lebanon. UK Prime Minister David Cameron has previously stated that Britain has already taken in around 1000 Syrians fleeing the crisis in the region.

Egypt\' ousted president Mohamed Morsi has questioned the legality of his trial, as he appears before a court for a prison break in 2011.
Morsi and 130 others are accused of the prison break during the uprising against former dictator Hosni Mubarak. The former president told the judges from inside a glass-encased metal case that he remains the country\'s legitimate leader, and that the court itself is illegal. Morsi was flown by helicopter from the Borg al-Arab prison in Alexandria. The trial has now been adjourned until February 22. His other trial on the charge of inciting violence against anti-government protests, will resume on Saturday. The case has been delayed twice since it opened in November. Egypt \'s first democratically-elected president has been implicated in two other cases. The country has been gripped by mass protests since the military toppled him in early July last year.

The United States has criticized the Syrian government for what it calls the slow pace in removing and destroying its chemical agents.
Meanwhile, the U-S representative to the international chemical weapons watchdog has accused Damascus of delaying efforts to remove chemical agents from Syria. Robert Mikulak has told the Organization of Prohibition of Chemical Weapons\' executive council that one month after the deadline, only 4 percent of the most toxic chemicals has been removed. The Syrian government had no immediate comment but Damascus has insisted on the need to receive additional security equipment for shipping containers and high-tech electronics, to secure the convoys.

A human rights organization in Egypt has urged the prosecutor general to launch an independent probe into alleged systematic torture of political detainees.
The Arabic Network for Human Rights Information has said in a statement that torturing the detainees is not an arbitrary practice but a planned one. The Cairo-based body says the torture incidents reported by those arrested during the third anniversary of the 2011 revolution has surpassed those under the worst dictatorial regimes. It says the national human rights council has already been informed of the violations of prisoners\' rights. The Arab Network for rights information has also accused Egypt\'s Interior Ministry of refusing to arrest officers allegedly involved in killing of protesters.
