Veggie pops are excellent snack made with a mix of vegetables made into dumplings coated with bread crumbs and deep fried until crisp.
Oil 2 tb Beans 2tb Carrot 2tb
Green peas 2 tb Cauliflower 2 tb Corn 2 tb Salt
Mixed herb 1 ts salt
Pepper powder ½ ts
Spinach chopped ½ cup
Semolina ½ cup
Water 1 cup
All purpose flour 1 cup
Bread crumb ½ cup
Curry powder ½ ts
Heat oil in a pan add chopped bean, carrot, green peas, cauliflower, corn, sauté it and add salt, mixed herb, pepper powder, chopped spinach and add hot water, semolina mix it and put the lid on cook it in a slow flame for 4 to 5 minutes. After that sprinkle some curry powder cook it for 2 minutes and switch off the flame and add the all purpose flour and mix it well and make a dumplings.
Take some all purpose flour, in this drop the veggie dumplings to coat them and dip all the coated veggie pops in to the hot boiling water and again coat the all purpose flour mixture then dip it into the hot water and again in the bread crumbs then deep fry in the hot oil.
Serve this hot with favorite sauce.

Palak Kofta Kadhi
Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 2 Cup
-Baisan (Gram flour) roasted & sifted ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) grinded 1 medium
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp (optional)
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Pani (Water) 4-5 Cups or as required
-Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 3/4 Cup
-Palak (Spinach) 2 Cups
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
-Baking soda 1/4 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) crushed 1 tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Hot water 3-4 tbs or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Tadka:
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small
-Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 2 cloves
-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 3-4
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Kary pata (Curry leaves) 8-10
Directions:
-In pot,add yogurt and whisk well.
-Add gram flour,onion,ginger garlic paste,salt,coriander seeds,red chilli powder,garam masala powder, red chilli crushed,turmeric powder and whisk until well combined.
-Add water and whisk again.
-Put it on stove,mix continuously and bring it to boil,cover and cook on low flame for 1 hour & keep mixing in between.
-In bowl,add gram flour,spinach,ginger garlic paste,baking soda,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,salt,red chili powder,garam masala powder and mix well.
-Gradually add hot water and mix well,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
-Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make balls of equal sizes (makes 9-10).
-In wok,heat cooking oil and fry spinach balls on medium flame until golden brown.
-In cooked kadhi,add fried spinach balls and mix gently,cover and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.
For Tadka:
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,onion,garlic,button red chillies and fry until light golden.
-Add cumin seeds,curry leaves and mix well.
-Now pour tadka in curry & serve!

-Pani dal ker dubara whisk ker lein.
-Pot ko chulhay per rakh dein aur musalsal whisk kertay rahein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 1 hour kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein mix kertay rahein.
-Bowl mein baisan,palak,adrak lehsan paste,baking soda,zeera,haldee powder,namak,lal mirch powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka garam pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein,dhak ker 10 minutes kliya rakh dein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixtue ko la ker ek jaisay sizes ki balls tayyar ker lein (makes 9-10).
-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur palak ki balls ko darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Cooked kadhi mein fried palak balls dal ker gently mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 20-25 minutes kliya paka lein.
For Tadka:
-Frying pan mein cooking oil,pyaz,lehsan aur sabut lal mirch dal ker golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Zeera aur kary pata dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Kadhi per tadka dal ker serve karein.

Ingredients:
Cauliflower florets, blanched in hot water - 1 cup
All purpose flour - ½ cup
Cornstarch - ¼ cup
Salt - to taste
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Light Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Oil for deep frying
For making the sauce:
Ginger, finely chopped - ½ tsp
Garlic, finely chopped - ½ tsp
Green chillies, finely chopped - ½ tsp
Celery, finely chopped - 1 tbsp
Onions, finely chopped - 2 tbsp

Ingredients
2 springs basil-tulsi
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp cumin seeds
optional pinch food color red
4 piece garlic
1 slice gr pepper, capsicum
1 piece leeks/celery
1/2 small onion
1 pinch pepper pdr
1 to taste salt
1/2 tsp sugar
4-5 number tomato
Directions
• heat butter in pan add cumin seeds add garlic , chopped onions, leeks and celery ,bellpepper and saute for few min ,
• Add tomatoes and cook till mashed with little water add salt ,sugar and basil, pepper pdr
• put in a blender and make a fine pure and strain
• add butter in a pan add 1 tsp of flour and cook in very slow flame till it is slightly brown add strained puree and add water ,season your soup ,check seasoning ,add cream if you desire
• serve hot

Malabar paratha, the very name itself makes the mouth water. Any dish from the Malabar region is a delicacy. The delectable gently cooked, mild flavored malabar recipes are a pride to South Indian cooking. The malabar cuisine is famous for the non vegetarian recipes. When it comes to the vegetarian dishes the Malabar parathas takes the top position. These layered flakey flat bread just melts away in your mouth. This is one bread which demands ultimate patience and care while in process. This is made of maida and tastes excellent with Veg Korma or any gravy.
Ingredients
2 cup maida
as needed oil
pinch salt
as needed water
Directions
Take a bowl add maida salt mix well then add water and make into soft dough and rest for 5 min
take the rested dough knead well for 2min then rest it again for 5 min
Now take the rested dough divide into equal portions and make into balls by applying oil to hands and keep aside for 3-4min
Now take the rested balls and flat the dough by applying oil on the base and make into thin sheets and apply on top of the sheet and sprinkle flour and fold as shown in the video and rest for 2-3min
now take the rested folded dough and roll like chapati and cook on both the sides by applying oil.
remove the parata from tawa and with both the hands just push the paratha with both the hands so that the layers comes out.
