Did you know that \"You Have To Spend Money, To Make Money\"?
Well, under the capitalist-materialist dominated world that we live in, it doesn\'t make sense.
But in the ultimate Truth-based and divinely guided reality of the cosmos, it makes total sense; yet, it depends on what you spend your money on.
So, before we explain, a very special congratulations to you all on the birth anniversary of the 10th divinely appointed Imam, Imam Ali ibn Muhammad al-Naqi al-Hadi (A).
So what should you spend your hard-earned money on, if you want to make some easy money?
And, Who has given you all the blessings that you have, included your so-called hard-earned money?
And ultimately, Who is it that gives you some good ole\' fashioned easy money?
What do you have to do in order to keep the blessings that the Almighty Allah has provided you with?
And why is it that the people\'s needs become great towards you?
What does the 10th divinely appointed Imam, Imam Ali ibn Muhammad al-Naqi al-Hadi (A) have to say about this little one minute discussion of ours?
And finally, what do we truly mean by saying \"You Have To Spend Money, To Make Money\"?
Well, Sayyid Shahryar answers in this One Minute Wisdom Special using the wise words of the 10th divinely appointed Imam, Imam Ali ibn Muhammad al-Naqi al-Hadi (A), as we celebrate the birth anniversary of his eminence Imam Ali al-Naqi (A).
And remember to believe in the divine reality that \"You Have To Spend Money, To Make Money\"; and stop listening to the capitalist-materialist people, because they\'re only out to make money by snatching your money, wherever you are.

Koobideh Kabob Recipe:
This is sister\'s Sameera and Sepeedeh\'s recipe
I made some changes in the recipe on the video!
8 Servings
Ingredients:
2 lb of the ground lamb or beef (my mom says it would be best if you have a mix of both types of meat)
2 onions grated and strained (mom says its really important to make sure there is no onion juice. Squeeze all the juice as much as possible before adding)
1 large egg (beaten)
5 medium tomatoes to be used for later when grilling or baking
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper tablespoon (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional, mom adds it in sometimes. Also if you wanna add fresh garlic, ground 2 cloves into meat mixture.)
Directions:
Mix meat, onions, egg, salt and pepper(s) wellz Make sure to massage it throughly. Leave in the refrigerator overnight (or for several hours but its best to leave it for longer).
Press the meat around long, thick metal skewers. This is the difficult part. Make sure not to put too much meat on each skewer. It\'s taken lots of practice for my mom to perfect how much meat to put on each one. Make sure the skewers are thick as well. If they\'re too thin, the meat won\'t hold. Thread whole tomatoes on another skewer. Barbeque each side for about five minutes, turning frequently. If skewers are not available or barbequing is not possible, kabab-e koobideh can be shaped into long, thin portions on aluminum foil and grilled at high temperature in the oven.
Serve with hot Saffron rice or on middle-eastern bread. If serving with rice, add a little sumac on top.
This dish goes really well with the rice dish, so make sure you check out this link!

MATERIAL: Six Stranded Embroidery Floss (DMC Brand)
PATTERN INFO:
This is just a simple candy stripe.
You will need 4 colors cut about 20\\\" (inches) long for practicing purposes.
If you are more advanced make sure you cut your strings about 55\\\" (inches) long (and then folded to form a loop) so you have enough string to make a complete bracelet with ties. Remember, you can also double up on colors to make a thicker stripe.
Just set them up as 1 2 3 4 (or 11 2 33 2 for the thumbnail) and starting with the first string on the left (always) make three forward knots across the bracelet. When you get to the end pick up the new first string and repeat the forward knotting across the other three strings.
Continue forward knotting across until the desired length is achieved!

Peace and blessings to you all, wherever you are, on the auspicious Eid of Sacrifice!
But why exactly is this Eid so significant; what happened on this day in history?
And what did Prophet Abraham sacrifice on this day?
And what did Allah, the most Gracious, replace that sacrifice of Prophet Abraham with?
Furthermore, what tradition from the Messenger of Allah (S) is related to the concept of sacrifice?
Finally, when it comes to the concept of sacrifice, what is the worst kind of people?
Sayyid Shahryar uses the profound words of the Messenger of Allah (S) to explain what is the worst kind of sacrifice when considering that \\\\\\\"It\\\\\\\'s Time To Make a Sacrifice\\\\\\\"
And please remember, \\\\\\\"It\\\\\\\'s Time To Make a Sacrifice\\\\\\\" so make sure you make the right choice.

How to make a colourful rainbow cake roll with delicious whipped cream cheese filling.
Cake recipe:
5 egg yolks
2/3 cup granulated sugar (divided into two 1/3 cup portions)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
5 egg whites
2/3 cup cake flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons melted butter
Beat egg yolks until thickened and lightened, gradually add 1/3 cup of the granulated sugar, the lemon juice and the lemon zest continue to beat until thick and light yellow.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form then gradually beat in the remaining 1/3 cup sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form. Fold yolk mixture into whites. Sift dry ingredients into a separate container; add to egg mixture, folding in carefully. Fold in melted butter.
Divide batter into 6 portions and tint each portion a different colour of the rainbow.
Place batter into individual ziplock bags or a pastry bags
Prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with waxed or parchment paper.
Draw stripes with the batter onto the parchment, decide whether you want to have long lengthways (parallel) stripes or short perpendicular stripes. Keep in mind that if you make a rectangle shape you will be rolling from the long end. My cake covered about 15\"x12\" and I used up almost all the batter.
Baked at 375F for about 10-12 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, the cake is firm to the touch and the edges may be just the slightest bit brown (you don\'t want the whole cake to be brown, that is overcooked).
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
Flip the cake over onto a clean damp cloth and remove the parchment paper carefully.
Place a second dampened cloth over the cake and flip the cake back over to expose the \"good\" side (side next to parchment paper).
Remove the top cloth and then roll up the cake into the cloth and allow to cool completely.
Unroll and fill with whipped cream or ice cream then re-roll cake.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to chill completely and allow the filling to set.
Keep refrigerated.

Once the dough is kneaded really really well fry them on a med low heat till it reaches the color you desire. If you like the gulab jamuns to soak up all the syrup and be very soft then add the jamuns in hot syrup if you want it not to soak in too much syrup then keep them aside once they cool then add it to the warm syrup and let the jamuns sit in there for a couple of hours!
