Iran says it is dissatisfied with the slow pace of progress of the talks over the country\'s nuclear energy program in Vienna.
Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi also referred to the new US sanctions imposed on a number of Iranian companies and individuals, saying the measures prompted the Iranian expert team to return home for more consultation. Araqchi also said the sanctions violate the spirit of the recent deal on Iran\'s nuclear energy program. Washington has denied that the new punitive measures has violated the deal. Under the Geneva agreement, new sanctions will have to be stopped for a six-month period and previous sanctions partially eased.

The United States has criticized the Syrian government for what it calls the slow pace in removing and destroying its chemical agents.
Meanwhile, the U-S representative to the international chemical weapons watchdog has accused Damascus of delaying efforts to remove chemical agents from Syria. Robert Mikulak has told the Organization of Prohibition of Chemical Weapons\' executive council that one month after the deadline, only 4 percent of the most toxic chemicals has been removed. The Syrian government had no immediate comment but Damascus has insisted on the need to receive additional security equipment for shipping containers and high-tech electronics, to secure the convoys.

"A slow squeeze for the Iranian frog"
Good Cop Bad Cop: Many in the US capital doubt the effectiveness of Europe's softer approach to Iran. Danielle
Pletka of the American Enterprise Institute, an influential neoconservative thinktank, says: "The longer we wait
and the more we negotiate, the longer Iran has to pursue a covert program." The road to co-operation between
Europe and the US involves pursuing the "good cop, bad cop" routine because it will force the Iranians to be
serious about dealing with the friendlier party. However, there's a suspicion in the US and in Europe, and a
strong certainty in Iran, that when push comes to shove, the Europeans aren't going to be willing to cut the
ties with the Iranians and say simply that Iran has been cheating, the deal is broken. We need to persuade the
Europeans that even if you're the good cop, you have to be prepared to pull the gun and make the arrest. Iran
was expected to respond to the IAEA report Wednesday.

Almost a year after the Pakistani army regained control of the Swat valley, the government is trying to get life back to normal for the residents there.
But progress in rebuilding areas devastated by the offensive has been slow, and security is still tight.
People there have told Al Jazeera that government handouts are too little and too hard to get hold of.
Hashem Ahelbarra reports from Mingora.

Transcript: "The Virginia Opossum also known as the North American Opossum is the only marsupial in North America. Marsupials have pouches for carrying their young through early infancy.
Baby opossums live in these pouches for 2-3 months and then ride on their mothers backs for an additional month or two. This is a huge portion of their life, considering that opossums have an average life span of only two years in the wild.
Opossums are slow, solitary, nocturnal animals and prefer to be left alone. When threatened they will hiss and bear their teeth, but under extreme circumstances they will play dead. Playing Possum serves two purposes it discourages predators that only eat live prey and it convinces some larger animals that they are not a threat to their young.
Virginia Opossums are the largest Opossums in the world. They are 15-20 inches long and weigh 9 to 13 lbs about the size of a domestic cat.
They have clawless thumbs on their hind feet and hairless prehensile tails that can grab objects and help them to balance when they are climbing."

Veteran weather modification expert Ben Livingston is a former Navy Physicist who briefed President Lyndon B. Johnson on the effectiveness of weather control back in the 1960\'s during the Vietnam era, when he was involved in cloud seeding programs that worked to slow down the advance of Vietnamese and Korean troops. Livingston asserts that asserts that hurricane control was a national priority of the government more than 40 years ago and that the technology was fully operational to control the weather at the time.
In this exclusive interview, Livingston explains how for decades the US government has had the power to both lessen and increase the severity of adverse weather for their own purposes.

This stunning slow motion footage shows how bats use echolocation to find water. We know how bats echolocate to hunt insects, but this is the first study to show how they recognise large, flat objects like ponds. Moreover, by testing young bats that had never encountered a pond or river before, the researchers showed that bats seem to have a built-in ability to recognize these important features of their environment. Verily Allah is the BEST CREATOR.

Claude Bigio is retired. To earn extra money she started a jewelry business about 7 years ago, but business she says is slow. But Claude also remembers her years working as a young woman, making a decent living. But times in Canada have surely changed, fast forward decades later and unemployment is at 7 point two percent, lower compared to the high rates during the recession, but teenagers and those in their early twenties are still being affected tremendously. A recent report by the CIBC suggests the future generation of Canadians is experiencing chronic unemployment. The youth unemployment rate is more than double the unemployment rate for Canadians aged 25 and older.

A new opinion poll shows that most Americans disapprove of their country\'s invasion of Afghanistan.
According to the Associated Press poll, 57 percent of Americans said the U-S move was wrong in the first place. 53 percent of the respondents also said the pace of U-S withdrawal from Afghanistan is too slow. The United States and its allies invaded Afghanistan in the wake of the nine-eleven attacks of 2001 in New York. At least three-thousand-four-hundred and four foreign troops have so far been killed in the country, nearly 23-hundred of them are American. Other polls have also shown in recent years that the war is one of the most unpopular US military expeditions abroad in American history.

Iran has marked the second anniversary of the assassination of Iranian nuclear scientist Mostafa Ahmadi Roshan; In January 2012, a terrorist motorcyclist attached a magnetic bomb to Ahmadi Roshan\'s car in Tehran. Ahmadi Roshan\'s assassination was part of attacks against Iranian nuclear scientists. Professor Massoud Ali-Mohammadi, and professor Majid Shahriari were among other nuclear scientists who have been assassinated in the past couple of years by Israel-US agents in order to slow down the pace of Iran\'s scientific progress. Speaking at the commemoration ceremony, speaker of Iran\'s Parliament Ali Larijani says if there had not been such individuals as Mostafa Ahmadi Roshan, we would not have reached the point where we are standing now. Larijani said Iran has made good progress in nuclear field. Referring to the Geneva action plan between Iran and the P5+1 group larijani said:
Meanwhile the father of assassinated nuclear scientist Mostafa Ahmadi Roshan says the West is not trustworthy. At the same time, a group of the families of the assassinated nuclear scientists, in a meeting with the visiting British parliamentary delegation condemned the Wet double standard policy towards terrorism saying that this sinister phenomenon is a serious threat to global peace and security. For his part head of the British delegation Jack Straw said that the British Government and Parliament condemn all forms of terrorism including the assassination of Iranian nuclear scientists.
