Baked Tandoori Chicken - English
Baked tandoori chicken baked and charbroiled to perfection!!! 1 whole chicken or 8 to 10 pieces chicken breast 2 tbsp olive oil (1 tbsp for drizzling on the chicken and 1 tbsp to put on the baking dish 1 tbsp fresh ginger pureed 1 tbsp fresh garlic pureed 2 tbsp tandoori powder 2 tbsp paprika 1 tbsp lemon pepper 1 tbsp mango powder 2 to 4 tbsp dried parsley leaves 1 tbsp salt fresh black pepper 1 1/2 cup sour cream Method: Preheat oven on bake for 400 degrees. Mix all the ingredients with the sour cream (except the 2 tbsp of dried parsley leaves) and marinate with the chicken, for a minimum of 30 min or overnight bake in a 400 degree oven for 45 min than broil for 5 min until the chicken reaches desired charbroiled look. Garnish with dried parsley leaves and enjoy!!!!!
