Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei said Monday that Iranian nation have made the enemy acknowledge Iran's achievements in science and technology thanks to the opportunity created by the Islamic Revolution.
Ayatollah Khamenei made the remarks in a meeting with hundreds of enthusiastic people from Kordestan province.
Leader of the Islamic Revolution recalled his previous visit to Kordestan province and appreciated the warm welcome and sincerity of the people during his stay in the province.
Ayatollah Khamenei said that people of Kordestan province have always remained committed to the Islamic Revolution and has disappointed the enemies at various junctures.
Ayatollah Khamenei said that the Iranian nation have established progress in the international community to the extent that the enemies have admitted several times.
IR Leader said that from the early stages of the Islamic Revolution, the enemies did what they could to suppress the revolution but to no avail as the vigilant Iranians powerfully thwarted their plots.
Elsewhere in his speech, Ayatollah Khamenei appreciated the hard work of people of Kordestan province to help implement the government's development projects and said that the great Iranian nation attained significant success and development in various sectors.
Leader of the Islamic Revolution said each province in the country should play its significant role in the country's development and Kordestan province is not an exception.
Ayatollah Khamenei said that the people of Kordestan province are loyal to the Islamic Revolution and have thwarted all conspiracies.

The Iranian Intelligence Ministry has identified and dismantled an espionage ring affiliated to the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
According to Iran's Intelligence Ministry statement, 30 individual suspected of spying for the US were arrested and 42 CIA operatives were identified in connection with the network.
The network, which was set up by a considerable number of seasoned CIA operatives in several countries, attempted to trick citizens into spying for them under the guise of issuing visa, helping with permanent residency, and making job and study offers.
According to the statement, the CIA operatives had gathered information from "universities and scientific research centers, and in the field of nuclear energy, aerospace, defense and biotechnology industries."
The spies had also gathered detailed information about the "oil and gas pipelines, telecommunication and electricity networks, airports and customs, the security of the banking and communication systems," by using "US embassies and consulates in several countries particularly "the United Arab Emirates, Turkey and Malaysia."
In January Iran's Intelligence Ministry dismantled an Israeli spy ring and arrested the main perpetrators in connection with the assassination of Iranian nuclear scientist Dr. Massoud Ali-Mohammadi
In 2010, Iran arrested seven individuals affiliated with Israeli intelligence services, who were involved in counterrevolutionary activities and supplied the enemy with information on the country's judiciary, military and space agencies.

حضرت آیتالله خامنهای رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی عصر دیروز در دیدار رؤسای قوای مجریه، مقننه و قضائیه، رئیس مجلس خبرگان، اعضای هیئت وزیران، نمایندگان مجلس، مسئولان دستگاهها و سازمانهای مختلف، ائمهی جمعه و نمایندگان ولیفقیه در استانها و فرماندهان ارشد نیروهای مسلح، در سخنان بسیار مهمی با اشاره به شرایط بسیار فوقالعاده و بیسابقهی منطقه و جهان، به تبیین شرایط و جایگاه فعلی کشور با درنظرگرفتن نقاط قوت و ضعف پرداختند و تاکید کردند «در بررسی شرایط کشور، باید هم نقاط مثبت و هم نقاط منفی در کنار یکدیگر دیده شوند و از منفیگرایی یا مثبتگرایی مطلق پرهیز شود».
•ضرورت پرهیز از منفیگرایی یا مثبتگرایی مطلق

«البته در این نگاه کلی، بایستی واقعبینانه نگاه کنیم. خودمان را نبایستی دچار خطا بکنیم. یکسو نگری نکنیم. نقاط مثبتی داریم، نقاط منفیای هم داریم. هر دو را ببینیم. غلبهدادن نگاه منفی خلاف واقعبینی است، موجب ناامیدی است. نقطهی مقابلش هم همینجور است: یعنی غلبهدادن نگاه مثبت، بدون دیدن نقطهی منفی، این هم گمراهکننده است، موجب یک رضایتی میشود در انسان که احیاناً این رضایت، رضایت کاذب است؛ این هم درست نیست. نقاط منفی را هم باید در کنار نقاط مثبت دید.
اولین نقطهی مثبت نظام و نقطهی قوت نظام، این است که نظام ثابت کرده است که توانایی غلبهی بر تهدیدها را دارد؛ این خیلی چیز مهمی است. ما در طول این سی و دو سال، تهدیدهای فراوانی داشتیم: تهدید سیاسی، تهدید امنیتی، تهدید نظامی، تهدید اقتصادی؛ لازمهی این تهدیدها این بوده است که نظام ضربه بخورد، آنها البته میخواستند ساقط کنند نظام را، حالا این دور از دسترسشان بود، لااقل نظام را عقب نگه دارد، کشور را عقب نگه دارد. نظام بر همهی این تهدیدها غلبه پیدا کرده. به نظر من نقطهی قوت درجهی اول نظام این است.
دوم: اعتماد میان مردم و نظام. کمتر نظامی در دنیا وجود دارد که مردمش نسبت به آن نظام حکومتی، اعتمادی را که مردم ایران نسبت به نظام جمهوری اسلامی دارند، داشته باشند؛ کمتر کشوری است.
سوم: پیشرفت در شرایط تحریم. یکی از نقاط مهم قوت کشور این است. ما در سختترین شرایط تحریم، کشور پیشرفت کرده. پیشرفت در اعتماد به نفس ملی: امروز ما به خصوص جوانهایمان اعتماد به نفسشان از ده سال پیش، از بیست سال پیش بیشتر است. درست گفتند ایشان، بنده این را اطلاع دارم، در زمینههای علمی، هرکاری که زیرساخت آن در کشور موجود باشد، جوانهایمان آماده هستند انجام بدهند. یعنی هیچ چیزی نیست که ما به جوانهای دانشمندان بگوییم این را دنبال کنید و اینها بعد از اندکی نتوانند؛ مشروط بر اینکه زیرساختش موجود باشد. یک چنین وضعی ما بحمدالله داریم. کارهای عمرانی گستردهای که در کشور انجام گرفته. پیشرفت اینهاست. در این زمینهها پیشرفتهای خیلی زیادی داشتیم.
چهارم، از نقاط مثبت: اعتبار بینالمللی. بنده موافق نیستم با این نظر که امروز وضع ما از لحاظ بینالمللی وضع منفی است؛ به هیچ وجه. این هم گاهی شنیده میشود، گفته میشود در بعضی از اظهارات. نخیر، ما وضعمان امروز از لحاظ بینالمللی بسیار خوب است. امروز، جمهوری اسلامی به عنوان یک کشور محترم، اثرگذار، معتبر، متنفذ در دنیا، در فضای سیاست بینالمللی شناخته شده است.
نقطهی روشن دیگر، مسالهی ثبات کشور است. این همه توطئه، این همه دسیسه... البته ثبات غیر از رکود است. ما رکود نداریم، حرکت داریم، پیشرفت داریم، جوشش داریم در کشور، اما نظام، نظام ثابت و مستقری است.
اما نقاط ضعف هم داریم. اگر نقاط منفی را نبینیم، ضعفهای خودمان را نشناسیم، یقیناً ضربه خواهیم خورد.
نقاط ضعف ما، هم در زمینههای اقتصادی است، هم زمینهی فرهنگی است، خطاها داشتیم، ضعفها داشتیم. بر بعضی از چالشها نتوانستیم غلبه کنیم؛ این واقعیتی است. حتی در همان تهدیدهایی که مستقیماً از طرف دشمن است، اگر ما ضربهای خوردیم، تقصیر خود ماست. کوتاهیهای خود ماست، تقصیر خود ماست.
یک جاهایی طبق وظیفه عمل نکردیم؛ یک جاهایی مراقبتهایی که باید انجام بدهیم، انجام ندادیم؛ یک جاهایی دلبستگیهای خودمان را زیر پا نگذاشتیم؛ منجر شده به اشکالاتی، این هم باید در نظر داشته باشیم. به چیزهایی که باید از آن پرهیز کرد و بر حذر بود، سرگرم شدیم: به منازعات سیاسی، به مشاجرات؛ اینها نقاط ضعف است. به رفاهطلبی سرگرم شدیم، به منشهای اشرافیگری سرگرم شدیم. غفلت از روحیهی جهادی و ایثار؛ گاهی اینها را داشتیم. غفلت از تهاجم فرهنگی دشمن، غفلت از درکمینبودن دشمن؛ مواردی از این چیزها غفلت کردیم. غفلت از نفوذ دشمن در فضای رسانهای کشور، بی مبالاتی نسبت به حفظ بیتالمال؛ اینها گناهان ماست، اینها نقاط ضعف ماست. میل به رفتارهای قبیلهای در میدان سیاست، در میدان اقتصاد. در زمینهی اقتصاد خوب فعالیتهای زیادی شده با ارزش هم هست، اما مسئلهی اشتغال حلنشده است، مسئله تورم حلنشده است، مسئله فرهنگ کار حلنشده است، مسئلهی ساعات مفید کار حلنشده است؛ باید فرهنگ کار در کشور یک جوری باشد که مردم کار را عبادت بدانند؛ هر یک ساعت کار را با شوق، بیفزایند بر مدت و مقدار کاری که انجام میدهند. باید کار کرد؛ با بیکاری و بیمیلی به کار و تنبلی و وادادگی، کشور پیش نخواهد رفت.
نقاط قوت امیدهای ما را افزایش میدهد، ظرفیتها را به ما نشان میدهد؛ نقاط منفی، اولویتها را به ما نشان میدهد که چه کار باید بکنیم.»
ولیامر مسلمین در بخش دیگری از سخنانشان با اشاره مسائل اخیر منطقه خاورمیانه و شمال آفریقا خاطر نشان کردند: «بیداری اسلامی ملتهای منطقه حادثهی عظیمی است که نظیر آن از اول انقلاب تا امروز، در تاریخ جمهوری اسلامی سابقه نداشته است».

Martyred professor, Allameh Morteza Motahhari, was born on February 2, 1919 in the town of Fariman, 75 kilometers from the holy city of Mashhad. At the age of twelve, he set off for Mashhad seminary to embark on learning the basics of Islamic sciences. In 1937, despite Reza Khan’s intense confrontation with clergymen and also opposition by some of his friends and relatives, he left for Qom seminary to complete his studies.
During 15 years of his stay in Qom, he benefited from the presence of Grand Ayatollah Borujerdi (in jurisprudence and the principles of jurisprudence), Imam Khomeini (12 years in the philosophy of Molla Sadra, gnosis, ethics and principles of jurisprudence) and Allameh Seyyed Mohammad Hossein Tabatabaiee (in philosophy). He had also benefited from the presence of the late Ayatollah Haj Mirza Ali Aqa Shirazi in ethics and gnosis. Among other teachers of professor Motahhari mention can be made of the late Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Hojjat (in principles of jurisprudence) and the late Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Mohaqqeqdamad (in jurisprudence). While he was in Qom, in addition to education, he participated in socio-political affairs as well and he was in contact with Fadaiyan-e-Eslam group.
In 1952, he migrated to Tehran though he was one of the renowned teachers and among the future hopes of the seminary. In Tehran, he taught at Marvi School and delivered well-researched speeches. In 1955, the first session of the exegesis of the holy Qur’an in the Students\\\' Islamic Association was held by professor Motahhari. In the same year, he began teaching at the faculty of divinity and Islamic teachings of Tehran University. In 1958-59 concurrent with the establishment of the Physicians\\\' Islamic Association, professor Motahhari was one of the main speakers of the Association and during 1961-1971 he was the only speaker of the Association leaving behind a number of important deliberations.
In 1962, with the start of Imam Khomeini’s uprising, professor Motahhari accompanied him to the extent that one can consider the organizing of the June 5th uprising in Tehran and its coordination with Imam Khomeini’s leadership as being indebted to him and his companions. Having given an enlightening speech against the Shah on Wednesday, 5th of June 1963, Ayatollah Motahhari was detained by the police at 1 a.m. and sent to the interim police headquarters and was imprisoned with a number of Tehrani clergymen. 43 days later, following the migration of Ulema from other provinces to Tehran and public pressure, he was freed together with other clergymen.
After the formation of groups called “Mo’talefe Eslami”, which was among the combatant groups of the time, Imam Khomeini called on martyr Motahhari to lead these groups along with a number of clergymen.
Following Imam Khomeini\\\'s exile, professor Motahhari and his companions shouldered a heavier responsibility. At that time, he wrote books covering social requirements and delivering speeches at universities, the Physicians\\\' Islamic Association and mosques. Professor Motahhari made a lot of ideological efforts to Islamicize the content of the movement and strongly fought against diversions and falsehoods. In 1967, he established Hosseinieh Ershad with the help of some friends.
In 1969, after releasing an announcement signed by him, Allameh Tabatabai and Ayatollah Haj Seyyed Abolfazl Mojtahed Zanjani calling for collection of aid for the displaced Palestinians and because of publicizing it during a speech in Hosseinieh Ershad, he was detained and held in solitary confinement for a short while. From 1970-72 he supervised publicity works by Al-jawad mosque where he was the main speaker until the mosque and the Hosseinieh were closed and professor Motahhari was detained for a while. Later, Ayatollah Motahhari gave speeches at Javid, Ark and a number of other mosques. After a while Javid mosque was also closed. Around the year 1974 he was forbidden to speak which lasted till the triumph of the Islamic revolution.
Presenting genuine Islamic ideology through teaching, speech and writing books were among the valuable activities of professor Motahhari reaching its climax particularly during the years 1972-78; since in those years the leftists had increased their propaganda and groups of leftist Muslims and also those with a hotchpotch of ideas had emerged. After Imam Khomeini, professor Motahhari was the first figure who found out the ideological deviation of the heads of the so-called “Mojahedin-e-Khalq” organization and prevented others from cooperating with them and even foresaw their change of ideology. In those years, upon Imam Khomeini’s recommendation, professor Motahhari traveled to Qom twice a week to teach at its seminary where he taught important courses and at the same time he taught some courses at home in Tehran. In 1976, following an ideological dispute with a communist teacher of the faculty of divinity, he became retired prematurely. Furthermore; in those years Ayatollah Motahhari, in collaboration with some clergymen, established “Jameye Rohaniat-e-Mobarez” of Tehran hoping that such an institution would be gradually established in other cities as well.
Although professor Motahhari’s contact with Imam Khomeini continued after the Imam’s exile in France via letters and other means, in the year 1976 he managed to travel to the holy city of Najaf and consulted with Imam Khomeini on the important issues of the revolution and also seminaries. After the martyrdom of Ayatollah Seyyed Mostafa Khomeini and the start of the new phase of the Islamic revolution, professor Motahhari fully devoted himself to the revolution and hence played a fundamental role in all of its phases.
At the time of Imam Khomeini’s stay in Paris, Ayatollah Motahhari traveled to France where he spoke with the Imam on the important issues of the revolution and it was then that Imam Khomeini urged him to shape the Islamic Revolution Council. Upon Imam Khomeini’s return to Iran, he personally took the responsibility of the welcoming committee and till the victory of the revolution and after that he always acted as a supporter of the leader of the Islamic revolution and served as a kind and trusted advisor for him. But at 22:20 p.m. of Tuesday, 1st of May 1979 he was martyred by a grouplet called “Forqan” after leaving an ideological and political gathering. This caused profound sorrow and grief for Imam Khomeini and the Islamic Ummah who had a lot of hopes for this great man’s future.
There remain tens of works by Ayatollah Motahhari. These works deal with a variety of religious issues and offer responses to many of the important questions of religious society so much so that we can name his works as a reliable source concerning the Islamic ideology system.
Some of Imam Khomeini’s Words on Martyr Allameh Morteza Motahhari
[Motahhari] was rare in Islamology and different Islamic and Qur’anic sciences. I have lost a very dear child. I am mourning for him who was one of the figures who was considered the fruit of my life. Martyrdom of this righteous child and immortal clergyman created a vacuum in the dear Islam that cannot be filled by any means.
Motahhari, who was rare in purifying spirit, the strength of belief and the power of speech, flew to the ethereal world, but the ill-wishers should know that his Islamic, scientific and philosophical personality won’t perish with his departure.
Motahhari was a dear child for me and a firm stronghold for the religious and scientific seminaries and a useful servant for people and country.
I recommend the students and the committed intellectuals not to let this dear professor’s books be forgotten by non-Islamic schemes.
In his short life, [Motahhari] left behind immortal works which stemmed from a wakeful conscience and a spirit filled with the love for religion. He embarked on educating and training the society with an eloquent style and an able thought in analyzing Islamic subjects and explaining philosophical facts with a popular diction and without uncertainty. His oral and written works are unexceptionally instructive and inspiring; and his advice and admonitions, which sprang from a heart filled with faith and belief, are useful both for the Ulema and the laymen.
Late Motahhari was an individual who had different aspects of personality; and few people have done the service to the young generation and others as Motahhari has done. All his works are unexceptionally good and I don’t know anybody else whose works I could call unexceptionally good. His works are unexceptionally good and constructive for humans.

‘I consider myself Mr. Motahhari’s pupil’
As you know late professor Motahhari was a philosopher; the science sought by him was mostly the philosophical science. Later on; however, he got to the subjects of theology, i.e. he dealt with Islamic issues with new argumentation method of modern philosophy. But he spent most of his time on philosophical matters. He was considered the philosophical student of Imam Khomeini and Allameh Tabatabaiee. Thus what he maintains in theology is Hekmat Mota’aliah, i.e. the Philosophy of Molla Sadra.
His behaviour was like that of the mystics who would set out to find a perfect instructor. Basically his spiritual and moral condition was in such a way. He would search to know for example if a perfect elderly instructor is somewhere in the world, and he would go to him to stay by him. Indeed, spiritually, such a situation was fitting him. Yet he had found such a perfect instructor in Iran. He was absorbed in Imam Khomeini and Allameh Tabatabaiee. He was captivated by their love and regarded their scientific and mystic status very high.
Morally, late Motahhari was a prominent man; and a pure-hearted, enlightened, just, self-possessed and mature person. In his personal bonds with God he was a mystic, a man of God’s remembrance, journey towards God and worship. He used to say: “I have learnt paying attention to and worship of God from my father.”
Professor Motahhari had a lot of historical information especially about the recent history, and particularly on the issues related to the Ulema, seminaries, scientific, spiritual, philosophical and mystic figures. These pieces of information were not registered in any book and are heard from the professors and great figures and kept in mind. Since he knew all professors and Ulema of Najaf, Samarra and Isfahan, he was well-informed about their events and he would talk of them in the gatherings and visits held on different occasions.
Supereme Leader’s Words on Professor Motahhari’s Personality and Works
“As time passes from his martyrdom, his spiritual and ideological works and bounties manifest more fresh dimensions. The ideological and scientific works of that grand clergyman become clearer in the scene of the country press and religious knowledge; and one understands that an intellectual clergyman with responsibilities could have so fruitful life.”
Martyr Motahhari with his strong and decent thought stepped in the fields of Islamic subjects that hitherto nobody had stepped; and considering the ideas that had prevailed or were going to prevail in the country---through translation and import from the west and east, he entered a profound, vast and interminable scientific challenge. He both embarked on a very clever struggle to confront with the Marxists and entered the scene to confront with the western and Liberalist thoughts. This role is very important; it needs both courage and self-confidence, it requires both thinking strength and Ijtihad (being well- qualified in jurisprudence and different theological fields), it both needs certainty and resolute belief. This great man had all these together; he was both a learned man and very faithful, he was firm in his belief and had self-confidence, too; these are all necessary.”

He had three characteristics regarding ideological issues: First, he had a strong thought and he was a true thinker. Secondly, while presenting and spreading the ideological principles, he had no intention but God’s nearness, promotion of the truth and fighting against the false. There was sincerity in him and his personal actions which would naturally make the second characteristic tangible. For example think of some people who are thinkers, yet do not present their thought for God’s sake, but they present it to show that they are knowledgeable, to draw people’s attention and to say that they are philosophers. Martyr Motahhari was not such. He would present thought for God’s sake and for Islam. He would truly burn up [like a candle] and would gush forth [like a fountain] and would present [Islamic ideas]. The reason for his survival is his second characteristic. It means that sincerity will have its impact and the Almighty God will grace any deed done with sincerity. The third characteristic was his working hard and his inexhaustibility.
The truth is that he wouldn’t sit till he might be referred to; but rather he would himself go after activity. He had these three characteristics.”

“We should introduce Mr. Motahhari to the world especially the Islamic world. And if we want to introduce him, which points should be highlighted? I think this is your most important job. Some aspects of a figure’s personality are either unique that must be highlighted or are very outstanding that should be stressed.
In the life of the late Martyr Ayatollah Motahhari, his personality and his scientific identity there are numerous examples of these. One point, that in my opinion has the prime importance, is the new interpretation of the Islamic teachings. This is apart from his philosophical aspect and his strong and compelling arguments in the footnotes of ‘The principles of philosophy’ by ‘Ayatollah Tabatabaiee. This is another point. He elucidated Islamic concepts and teachings with a novel diction and expression which was much needed. I don’t say that if the works of the predecessors were pondered and scrutinized signs of this exegesis would not be found. Really if one had attentively studied the works of the Ulema he would have found some hints and cues; but I want to say that nobody had done this. As far as we know, nobody had done it before Mr. Motahhari. Even the modernist writers, who had emerged in the Arab countries, and we knew some of them, had not done this. These Egyptian authors, who were modernists and would write things with a broader sight and who knew the world somewhat more than Martyr Motahhari, most of them had traveled a lot and had visited different universities. Yet he [Ayatollah Motahhari] was not so, he was confined. I mean he was inside Iran and Tehran but his profound vision of the Islamic issues and his novel understanding of the verses [of Qur’an] and the narrations [of the Ahl-ul-Bayt], in my opinion, was one of his most outstanding aspects. It was he who, for the first time, substantively expressed the subjects related to principles of ideology, piety, patience, love, fairness, justice, and so on in the ideological atmosphere of Iran.
We thank God that Mr. Motahhari’s name was not forgotten in our society and the mental atmosphere of this country; but rather it became more prominent day by day. Many of the world phenomena are naturally perishable and by the lapse of time they become older. Most of the world phenomena are such. Yet there are some phenomena that not only do not fall into oblivion via lapse of time but become brighter, more manifest, more spectacular and more impressive. The phenomena based on reality are usually such. I clearly feel that, thank God, Martyr Ayatollah Motahhari’s thoughts are such.”

As it is said he didn’t give up midnight vigilance, midnight prayer, and wakefulness since his youth till the end of his life. It was his practice both at the time of studentship and after that and even at the time of martyrdom. I remember that facing our house there was the house of one of the previous regime’s officials which was usually guarded by two police officers. Apparently since the official had seen that the lamp of our house was lit at midnight, had worried to find the reason and it was important for him from the security point of view. He had told the guards to look for the reason. Professor [Motahhari] had a neon board of Allah which was green when lit. He would turn it on and perform his midnight prayer in its light. After the revolution one of the officers said, we had examined several nights and I had looked through the window to see what was going on inside the house. At the end I myself saw that he came at midnight and started worshipping for an hour. We were somehow absorbed by the professor, and despite much negative propaganda against the clergymen and him in particular to make us pessimist to them, we became very interested in him so much so that some would say we got our salary from the government but it was as if we were guarding him.
A Voice vis-à-vis MHe was very sensitive against ideological deviations and believed that we were seeking Islamic revolution and not mere revolution. It is not important that Shah goes but it is important to see what system is established after his going. Because if after the ouster of the Shah, for example the Mojahedin-e-Khalq take the lead, it is much better not to stage a revolution at all. Thus the deviated groups had found out professor Motahhari’s sensitiveness and had become his enemy. Three or four months before the victory of the Islamic revolution, a person, who had some tendencies to Mojahedin-e-Khalq and the leftists and was intended to be religious, too, was freed from the prison. Professor [Motahhari] said we had better visit him. I was with the professor. There was a man by the name of Ashuri as one of the heads of the Forqan group. He spoke of Islam and Marxism and said: ‘These two religions say one single thing and their content is the same with different forms. They speak of the laborers and we speak of the oppressed. Therefore our word is the same. We should unite to topple the regime of Shah and basically there is no difference between Islam and Marxism, etc.’ Professor was very upset and that man knew that professor Motahhari would answer him. That’s why he rose to leave. The professor said: ‘No, Be seated! Be seated!’ He made him sit and explained him in detail that our path is fundamentally separate from that of the Marxists. In no way can the forms be different with the same content. And we cannot unite with the Marxists in any way.
Immortal among People
Prior to the victory of the Islamic revolution, at the time of Imam Khomeini’s staying in Paris, it was heard everywhere that the regime of Shah wanted to arrest the leaders and prominent figures of the revolution.
Some people told him [Ayatollah Motahhari] it was better to go somewhere else to hide. He said: ‘Such actions are not good for clergymen. It is not good for us to escape from one place to another to hide; such things are not good for us.’ He stayed at home like before and nothing happened.
His Method of Training Children
One of the features of the professor’s training method for his children was that he would never resort to force and coercion and he would let them to realize and choose the right path with their own thought and wisdom. About choosing the field of education and the way of spending leisure time and the like he would never force us to do something necessarily; but he would show us the way. As the holy Qur’an says: ‘…be he grateful or ungrateful.’ And it was we who would choose the way. There was never force over our heads and we would choose one way with interest and free will.
The Professor’s Arrest after anti-Israel Speech
I have another memory from the year 1969 when he delivered the provocative speech on Palestine in Hosseinieh Ershad. This speech has been broadcast many times by IRIB. It was a very provocative, important and interesting speech which shook the regime of Shah; and it required a lot of courage to deliver such a speech when the regime of Shah was in the zenith of power and had the highest level of relations and unity with Israel. When the Israeli planes would refuel in Iran’s airport(s) during the 1967 war and would fly over the heads of the Arabs and Muslims, much bravery was needed to give such a speech and we saw that professor Motahhari gave that speech and was promptly arrested and taken away. When he was freed he said, ‘They made me sit in a car and blindfolded me and the car set out. I told them there is no need to blindfold and I will not look. If you want me not to look I will close my eyes. But they didn’t agree. Yet I realized the route till Ferdowsi square but didn’t realize after that.’ Apparently they had taken him to the committee of the SAVAK which was presumably located in the same Ferdowsi Street.

Late Motahhari, through his precious and blissful life that was abundant with scientific effort and philosophical thinking, sends an expressive and valuable message to the enthusiasts of science and philosophy never to repose from effort towards perfection and never forget scientific struggle for perfection; and in the market of realities turn their life--which is the best human commodity-- to the spiritual life— which is the lofty human life and is lasting till the world exists; and not to be absorbed and deceived by fabricated and imaginary personalities in this short life.
Yes, a narrow route opened by a scientist towards realities will bestow eternal life upon him and this is more valuable than the world and what it contains.

حضرت آیتالله خامنهای رهبر انقلاب اسلامی صبح روز 11 مهر 1390، در دیدار دستاندركاران حج امسال، حج را فرصتی بسیار گرانبها و ارزشمند برای ارتباط با امت اسلامی و بهرهمندی معنوی خواندند و با اشاره به تلاش دشمنان برای اختلافافكنی و مقابله با موج بیداری اسلامی در مراسم حج ، تنها راه غلبه بر این توطئه را نزدیكتر شدن دلها و تقویت همدلی دانستند، ایشان همچنین در ادامه با اشاره به فساد بانكی اخیر در كشور، علت وقوع این سوء استفاده را عمل نكردن مسئولان به توصیههای مؤكد چند سال پیش رهبری در خصوص مقابله با فساد اقتصادی توصیف و تأكید كردند: مسئولان قضایی ضمن پیگیری قوی، دقیق و عاقلانه قضیه و اطلاعرسانی مناسب به مردم، باید دستهای خائن را قطع كنند.
حضرت آیتالله خامنهای حج را یكی از رموز اساسی اسلام و میهمانی بزرگ الهی در مركز عظمت و قدرت و جمال و كرَم توصیف كردند و افزودند: باید در بُعد عمومی و بینالمللی حج، همدلی و تقویت پیوندهای اسلامی بدون در نظر گرفتن ملیتها، قومیتها و مذهبها مورد توجه جدی قرار گیرد و از این فرصت برای نزدیكتر شدن دلها استفاده شود.
ایشان یكی از ویژگیهای بارز حج امسال را، بیداری اسلامی در منطقه بویژه مصر، تونس، یمن و بحرین دانستند و تأكید كردند: با توجه به این رویداد مهم، امسال توطئه ایجاد اختلاف و بدبینی و تحریك احساسات میان امت اسلامی، برجستهتر خواهد بود و تنها راه غلبه بر این توطئه نزدیكتر شدن دلها و تقویت همدلی است.
رهبر انقلاب اسلامی با تأكید بر اینكه مسلمانان یك تن واحد هستند، افزودند: حجاج ایرانی باید با چنین نگاه عمومی و جهانی در حج حضور یابند و تجربیات سی ساله خود در مبارزه با استكبار و معاندین را در اختیار ملتهای تازه انقلاب كرده، قرار دهند.
حضرت آیتالله خامنهای، رفتار خوب و همراه با ادب و احترام را از دیگر نكات ضروری برای حجاج ایرانی برشمردند و خاطرنشان كردند: حج فرصتی گرانبها برای پاكیزه شدن از آلودگیهای دنیا و مجموعهای از فرائض است كه باید ضمن قدر دانستن این مراسم عظیم و كمنظیر، در حفظ ذخایر معنوی بدست آمده آن هم همت كرد.
ایشان زائران بیتاللهالحرام را به آمادهسازی درونی خود، قبل از سفر حج و آماده شدن برای این میهمانی الهی توصیه كردند و افزودند: حاجی ایرانی باید با رفتار خود در حج، ملت، كشور و نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران را در چشم دنیا سربلند كند.
رهبر انقلاب اسلامی حجاج را به پرهیز از رفتارهای سبك توصیه و خاطرنشان كردند: یكی از این رفتارهای سبك، عطش بازارگردی است كه علاوه بر اینكه ارز كشور را برای خرید كالاهای بیكیفیت به هدر میدهد، فرصت ارزشمند عبادت و بهرهمندی معنوی را نیز از بین میبرد.

Ayatollah Khamenei the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution met Monday morning with the officials in charge of hajj affairs. At the meeting, His Eminence said that the enemy is making efforts to foment discord and to confront the wave of Islamic Awakening. He added that hajj is a very valuable opportunity to establish a relationship with the Islamic Ummah and to reap the spiritual benefits.
Ayatollah Khamenei said that hajj is one of the most important elements behind the success of Islam. He further described hajj as a great divine celebration which takes place at the center of glory, power and magnificence. \"Regarding the general and international dimension of hajj, it is necessary to pay serious attention to solidarity and strengthening Islamic bonds without taking nationalities, ethnicities and denominations into consideration. This opportunity should be used to make hearts get closer to one another.\"
The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution stressed that Muslims are a unified entity and added: \"Iranian pilgrims should take part in hajj ceremonies with this general and global outlook and they should let the nations that have recently carried out a revolution benefit from their thirty years of experience in fighting the arrogant powers and the enemies.\"
His Eminence called on hajj pilgrims to prepare themselves spiritually before taking part in hajj ceremonies and added: \"With their behavior during hajj, Iranian pilgrims should make the world hold the Iranian nation and the Islamic Republic of Iran in high regard.\"
Elsewhere in his statements, Ayatollah Khamenei referred to the recent economic corruption and reminded government officials to combat economic corruption in a decisive way. \"Government officials welcomed confronting economic corruption, but if they had acted on my recommendations, we would never have had events like the recent banking embezzlement.\"
The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution stressed that it is necessary to prevent corruption from becoming deep-rooted and added that it becomes very difficult to uproot corruption once it becomes deep-rooted. He assured the people that the three branches of government are determined to confront the recent event and to prevent similar events and said that government officials in the executive, legislative and judiciary branches are doing their duty.\"
The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution said that it inadvisable to create uproar which may prompt others to take advantage of this issue. However, he assured the people that government officials will follow up the issue until the end and that they will cut off the treacherous hands.
His Eminence emphatically urged the judiciary to keep the people updated about the case and stressed: \"The judiciary system must not have mercy on wrong-doers, vandals and corrupt individuals.\"
Iran\'s judiciary is investigating the recent large embezzlement case and has issued arrest warrants for a number of suspects. Also a number of bank managers have been fired.
Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejei Iran\'s Prosecutor General, who has been put in charge of the embezzlement case by the Judiciary Chief, has announced that the case is being investigated swiftly and decisively. He has also said that the culprits will be severely punished.
Iran\'s Judiciary Chief Sadeq Larijani has stressed that the judiciary system will follow up the issue decisively. He has also said that the judiciary has been investigating the embezzlement case for almost two months.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الحمد لله ربّ العالمين وصلوات الله وتحياته على سيد الأنام محمد المصطفى وآله الطيبين وصحبه المنتجبين.
حلّ الآن ربيع الحج بطراوته وصفائه المعنوي وعظمته وحشمته الموهوبة، وصيّر القلوب المؤمنة والمشتاقة كالفَراشات تحلّق حول كعبة التوحيد والوحدة. مكة ومنى والمشعر وعرفات منازل أناسٍ سُعداء لَبّوا نداء (وَأَذِّن فِي النَّاسِ بِالْحَجِّ) وفازوا بالحضور في ضیافة الربّ الكريم الغفور. فهنا ذلك البيت المبارك ومنطلق الهداية، حيث تسطع منه الآيات الإلهية البينات وتمتدّ فيه مظلة الأمان على رؤوس الجميع.
اغسلوا القلب في زمزم الصفاء والذكر والخشوع، وافتحوا عيون باطنكم على آيات ربّ العالمين الباهرة، واتجهوا إلى الإخلاص والتسليم فهما معالم العبودية الحقيقية، وأحيوا القلوبَ مرّات ومرّات بذكرى ذلك الأب الذي أخذ إسماعيله إلى المذبح عن طواعية وتسليم، وبذلك تعرفون الطريق اللاحب الواضح الذي فتحه أمَامنا للوصول إلى مقام الخليل للربّ الجليل، واحفظوا في همتكم الإیمانیة ونيتكم الصادقة عزم ولوج هذا الطريق.
مقام إبراهيم واحد من تلك الآيات البيّنات. موضع قدم إبراهيم (عليه السلام) بجوار الكعبة الشريفة، ليس الا رمزا لمقام إبراهيم. مقام إبراهيم هو مقام إخلاصه وإيثاره وتضحيته ، هو مقام وقوفه أمام دوافع النفس وعواطف الأبوّة، وكذلك أمام سيطرة الكفر والشرك وسلطة نمرود العصر.
هذان الطريقان للنجاة ماثلان الآن أمام كل فرد من أفراد أمتنا الإسلامية. ما فينا من همّة وشجاعة وعزم راسخ يستطيع أن يقودنا إلى نفس تلك الأهداف التي دعا البشرَ إليها أنبياءُ الله من آدم إلى الخاتم، ووعدوا السائرين نحوها بالعزّة والسعادة في الدنيا والآخرة.
في هذا المحضر العظيم للأمة الإسلامية ينبغي للحجاج أن يتناولوا أهمّ مسائل العالم الإسلامي.
إنّ على رأس هذه المسائل جميعًا اليوم، النهوض والثورة في بعض البلدان الإسلاميّة المهمة.بين حجّ العام الماضي وحجّ هذا العام برزت في العالم الإسلامي حوادث تستطيع أن تغيّر مصير الأمة الإسلامية، وتبشّر بمستقبل وضّاء مُفعم بالعزّة والتطور المادي والمعنوي. في مصر وتونس وليبيا أطيحَ بالطواغيت المتفرعنين الفاسدين العملاء، وفي بعض البلدان الأخرى تتصاعد أمواج الثورات الشعبية الهادرة لتهدّد قصور المال والقوّة بالإبادة والانهدام.
هذه الصفحة الجديدة من تاريخ أمتنا توضّح حقائق هي بأجمعها من الآيات الإلهية البينات، وتقدّم لنا دروسًا حياتية، هذه الحقائق يجب أن تؤخذ بنظر الاعتبار في جميع محاسبات الشعوب المسلمة.
الأولى : أنه انبثق من قلب الشعوب التي كانت لعشرات السنوات قابعة تحت السيطرة السياسية الأجنبية جيل من الشباب باعتماد على النفس ـ يستحق التقدير ـ خاطر بنفسه ونهض لمواجهة القوى المهينة وشمّر عن ساعد الجدّ لتغيير الأوضاع.
والحقيقة الأخرى: أنه رغم سيطرة الحكام العَلمانيين وما بذلوه من سعي في السر و العلن لعزل الدين عن الحياة في هذه البلدان، فإن الإسلام بنفوذٍ وحضور باهر وعظيم قد صار هاديا و موجّهًا للألسن والقلوب، و مثل ينبوع متدفّق بعث الطراوة والحياة في أقوال الجماهير المليونية وأعمالهم. وفي تجمعاتهم ومواقفهم. المآذن والمساجد والتكبير والشعارات الإسلامية معالم واضحة لهذه الحقيقة، والانتخابات الأخيرة في تونس برهان قاطع على هذا الادّعاء. ومن دون شك فإن الانتخابات الحرّة في أي بلد إسلامي آخر سوف لا تكون لها غير نتيجة ما حدث في تونس.
والأخرى : أن حوادث هذا العام قد بيّنت للجميع أن الله العزيز القدير قد جهّز في عزم الشعوب وإرادتها قدرةً لا تستطيع أن تقاومها أية قدرة أخرى. الشعوب بما وهبها الله من هذه القوة قادرة أن تغيّر مصيرها وتجعل النصر الإلهي من نصيبها.
والأخرى: أنّ الدول المستكبرة وعلى رأسها أمريكا مع انّها قد عملت لعشرات الأعوام، بممارسة أحابيلها السياسية والأمنية، على إخضاع حكومات المنطقة ظانة أنها قد عبّدت طريقًا سالكًا للسيطرة الاقتصادية والثقافية والسياسية المتزايدة على هذا الجزء الحسّاس من العالم، أصبحت الآن أول من یواجه السخط والرفض والنفور من شعوب المنطقة. ومما لا شك فيه أن الأنظمة المنبثقة عن هذه الثورات سوف لن تنصاع أبدًا لحالة عدم التعادل المهينة السابقة، وسوف تتغير الجغرافيا السياسية لهذه المنطقة بيد الشعوب وفي اتجاه التحقيق التام لعزّتها واستقلالها.
والأخرى: أن الطبيعة المزوّرة والمنافقة للقوى الغربية قد انكشفت لشعوب هذه البلدان. أمريكا وأوربا بذلتا كل ما فی وسعهما بشكل من الأشكال لإبقاء صنائعهما في مصر وتونس وليبيا، وحين تغلّب عزم الشعوب على ما أرادوه، توجّهوا إلى هذه الشعوب المنتصرة بابتسامة صداقة مزوّرة.
الحقائق القيّمة والآيات الإلهية البينة في حوادث العام الأخير بهذه المنطقة أكثر مما ذُكر وليس بالعسير على أهل التدبّر أن يروها ويعرفوها.
ولكن مع ذلك فإن الأمة الإسلامية بأجمعها وخاصة الشعوب الناهضة بحاجة إلى عنصرين أساسيين:
الأول: مواصلة الصمود، والحذر الشديد من وهن العزم الراسخ. الأمر الإلهي للنبي الأكرم (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) في القرآن الكريم هو: (فَاسْتَقِمْ كَمَا أُمِرْتَ وَمَن تَابَ مَعَكَ وَلاَ تَطْغَوْا) و (فَلِذَلِكَ فَادْعُ وَاسْتَقِمْ كَمَا أُمِرْتَ) وفي الكتاب الكريم وعلى لسان موسى ورد قوله سبحانه: (وقَالَ مُوسَى لِقَوْمِهِ اسْتَعِينُوا بِاللّهِ وَاصْبِرُواْ إِنَّ الأَرْضَ لِلّهِ يُورِثُهَا مَن يَشَاء مِنْ عِبَادِهِ وَالْعَاقِبَةُ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ).
إنّ مصداق التقوى البارز للشعوب الناهضة في هذه الفترة يتمثل في عدم توقّف حركتها المباركة، وأن لا تُلهينّها منجزات هذا المقطع. هذا هو القسم الأعظم من التقوى التي وُعد أصحابها بعاقبة الخير العميم.
الثاني: الوعي واليقظة أمام ما يكيده المستكبرون الدوليون والقوى التي صُفعت جرّاء هذه الثورات والنهضات. هؤلاء سوف لن یقفوا مكتوفي الأيدي، بل سيتوجهون إلى الساحة بكل قواهم السياسية والأمنية والمالية لاستعادة نفوذهم واقتدارهم في هذه البلدان. آليّتهم في ذلك التطميع والتهديد والخداع. التجارب دلت على أن بين الخاصة يوجد مَن تفعل هذه الآلية فعلَها فيهم، ويدفعهم الخوف والطمع والغفلة عالمين أو غير عالمين، إلى خدمة العدوّ. لابدّ أن تكون عيون الشباب اليقظين والمثقفين وعلماء الدين في حالة دقيقة من المراقبة.
إنّ أهم خطر هو تدخل جبهة الكفر والاستكبار وتأثيرها على صياغة النظام السياسي الجديد في هذه البلدان. سوف يبذلون ما بوسعهم كي لا تتخذ الأنظمة الجديدة هوية إسلاميّة وشعبيّة. المخلصون في هذه البلدان بأجمعهم والذين يحملون همّ عزة بلدانهم وكرامتها وتطورها كلهم يجب أن يسعوا إلى تحقيق إسلامية النظام الجديد وشعبيته بشكل تام وكامل. دور الدساتير له المكانة البارزة في هذا المجال. إن الاتحاد الوطني وقبول التنوع المذهبي والقبلي والقومي شرط لما يُستقبل من انتصارات.
لِتعلَم الشعوب الشجاعة الناهضة في مصر وتونس وليبيا والشعوب اليقظة المناضلة الأخرى أن نجاتها من ظلم وكيد أمريكا وسائر المستكبرين الغربيين يكمن فقط وفقط في أن يكون میزان القوى في العالم لصالحهم. من أجل أن يستطيع المسلمون حلّ قضایاهم مع القوى العالمية الطامعة بشكل جادّ، يجب عليهم أن يوصلوا أنفسهم إلى مشارف قوة عالمية كبرى. وهذا لا يتحقق إلاّ بالتعاون والتعاضد والاتحاد بين البلدان الإسلامية. وهذه هي الوصية الخالدة للإمام الخميني العظيم. أمريكا والناتو بذريعة القذافي الخبيث والدكتاتور صبّت النيران لأشهر على ليبيا وشعبها. والقذافي هو نفسه الذي كان يُعتبر قبل ما أقدم عليه الشعب الليبي من نهوض شجاع ،من أصدقائهم المقربين، وكانوا يحتضنونه وينهبون ثروات ليبيا على يديه، بل يشدّون على يديه أو يقبّلونها من أجل اِغوائه.. وبعد نهوض الشعب اتخذوه ذريعة وهدموا جميع البنى التحتية في ليبيا. أية دولة استطاعت أن تحول دون مأساة قتل الشعب الليبي وانهدام ليبيا بيد الناتو؟ مادامت مخالب القوى الدموية الطامعة والوحشية الغربية لم تنكسر فإن مثل هذه الأخطار متصوّرة للبلدان الإسلامية، ولا نجاة إلاّ بتشكيل قطب مقتدر من العالم الإسلامي.
الغرب وأمريكا والصهيونية اليوم أكثر ضعفًا من أي وقت مضى، إنّ المشاكل الاقتصادية، والهزائم المتتالية في أفغانستان والعراق، والاعتراضات العميقة الشعبية في أمريكا والبلدان الغربية الأخرى التي اتسعت يومًا بعد يوم، ونضال الشعب الفلسطيني واللبناني وتضحياتهما، والإنتفاضات البطولیة للشعوب في اليمن والبحرين وبعض البلدان الأخرى القابعة تحت النفوذ الأمریکي.. كل هذا يحمل بشائر كبرى للأمة الإسلامية وخاصة للبلدان الثائرة الجديدة.

Hac baharı ilahi ihtişam, manevi güzellik ve sefasıyla ulaşmıştır. Müminlerin iştiyaklı gönülleri tevhit ve vahdet Ka\'besinin etrafına dönmekte; Mekke, Mina, Müzdelife ve Arafat \"İnsanların arasında Haccı ilan et…\" nidasına icabet ederek Gafur ve Kerim olan Allah\'ın misafirliği ile şereflenen mutlu insanların bir araya geldikleri menziller ve ilahi ayetlerin nurunun yayıldığı ve her kese güvenlik şemsiyesinin gerildiği hidayet odağı mübarek evler durumuna gelmişlerdir.
Kalbinizi zikir ve huşunun safa ve zemzeminde yıkayın. İç gözünüzü Hak Teala\'nın apaçık alametlerini görmek için açın, gerçek kulluğun nişanesi olan ihlas ve teslime yönelin. Teslimiyet ile İsmail\'ini kurbanlığa götüren o büyük babanın anısını defalarca gönlünüzde canlandırın ve bu yolla Yüce Allah\'ın, kendi muhabbetini kazanmak için önünüze açtığı yolu algılayın ve bu yolda adım atmayı imana dayanan azim ve niyete dönüştürün.
İbrahim\'in makamı o apaçık nişanelerden biridir. İbrahim\'in makamı bir yandan ihlas ve fedakarlık makamı, diğer yandan nefsani isteklere ve dönemin Nemrud\'une karşı çıkış makamıdır.
Bu iki unsur biz İslam ümmetinin kurtuluş yoludur. Bizden her birimizin İslam yolunda şecaat, azim ve kararlılığı, Hz. Adem\'den Hatem\'e kadar ilahi mesajlarının taşıyıcılarının insanlığa sundukları ve takipçilerine dünya ve ahiret mutluluğunu vaat ettikleri çağrılarına icabet ve onlara uymak sayılır.
Bu büyük hac toplantısında hacı adayları İslam dünyasının en önemli konu ve sorun-larıyla ilgilenmeleri gerekir. Günümüzde bu meselelerin başında bazı önemli İslam ülkelerinde cereyan eden İslami kıyam ve inkılaplar gelir. Geçen yılın hac merasimleri esnasında ve bu yıl İslam ümmetinin takdirini değiştirebilecek, maddi ve manevi ilerleme, izzete dayalı aydın bir geleceği müjdeleyen gelişmeler ve olaylar vuku buldu. Mısır\'da, Tunus\'ta ve Libya\'da diktatörlerin ve bağımlı tağutların egemenliklerine son verilmiş ve diğer bazı ülkelerde de halkın kıyamı zalimlerin saraylarını yıkılmak eşiğine getirmiştir.
Ümmetimizin tarihinde açılan bu yeni faslın ortaya çıkardığı gerçekler bize hayat bahşeden derslerdir. Bu gerçekler, müslü-man milletlerin bütün muhasebelerinde dikkate alınmalıdır. Bunları şöyle sıralaya-biliriz:
Birincisi, günümüzde on yıllar boyunca yabancıların siyasi tasallutu altında yaşamış milletlerin içinden öz güvenle tehlike meydanına atılan, egemen güçlerle karşı koymaya çalışan ve var olan durumu değiştirmeye çalışan yeni bir genç nesil ortaya çıkmıştır.
İkincisi, laik yöneticilerin çaba ve tahakkümüne rağmen ve onların bu ülkelerdeki dine karşı açık ve gizli çabalarına rağmen İslam muhteşem ve apaçık bir güçle sahnededir, gönüllerin hidayetçisi olarak söz ve amelde milyonluk kitlelerin toplantılarına canlılık ve hayat veren bir pınar durumundadır. Ma\'zeneler, tekbirler ve İslami sloganlar bunu ifade eden gerçeklerdir. Tunus\'ta gerçekleşen son seçimler de bu iddiayı kanıtlayan kesin bir delildir. Hiç şüphesiz diğer ülkelerde de serbest seçimler gerçekleşecek olursa Tunus\'ta gerçekleşen sonuçtan farklı bir sonuç ortaya çıkmaz.
Üçüncüsü, bu yıldaki olaylar herkese gösterdi ki Aziz ve Kadir Allah milletlerin iradesinde öyle bir güç vermiştir ki hiçbir güç ona karşı koyacak bir güce sahip değildir.
Dördüncüsü, müstekbir devletler ve onların başında Amerika onlarca yıl boyunca türlü türlü siyası ve güvenlik oyunlarına başvurarak bölge ülkelerini kendi emirlerine boyun eğdirmiş, kendi zanlarınca iktisadı, kültürel ve siyasi sultaları için engelsiz bir ortam oluşturmuşlardı. Şimdi bu devletler milletlerin nefretlerinin hedefi durumundadırlar. Kesinlikle bilmemiz gere-kir ki bu inkılaplardan meydana gelen nizamlar asla önceki zillet dolu denklemlere boyun eğmeyecektir. Bu bölgenin siyasi coğrafyası milletlerin eliyle ve onların izzeti ve tam bir bağımsızlığı yönünde seyredecektir.
Beşincisi, Batı\'nın münafık ve aldatıcı yapısı, bu ülkelerin halkları nezdinde artık iyice bilinmektedir. Mısır\'da, Tunus\'ta ve Libya\'da, Amerika ve Avrupa ellerinden geldiği kadar kendi maşalarını korumak için çalışmışlardır. Ancak milletlerin iradesi onların isteklerine üstün geldiğinde halkın yüzüne aldatıcı gülücükler sunmaya başladılar.
Son bir yılda gerçekleşen olaylarda meydana gelen ilahi açık alametler bu saydıklarımızdan daha fazladır. Tefekkür ehli için bu alametleri görmek zor değildir.
Ancak bütün bunlara rağmen bugün İslam ümmeti ve özellikle kıyam eden milletler iki temel unsura muhtaçtırlar.
1- Direnişi sürdürmek ve azimlerin gevşemesini önlemek:
Yüce Allah\'ın Kur\'an\'da Peygamber\'ine emri şöyledir: \"Artık sen ve seninle beraber bulunan ve tövbe etmiş olanlarla birlikte, nasıl emredildiyse öylece dos-doğru hareket et.\" (Hud: 112)
Yine Hz. Musa\'nın dilinden şöyle diyor:
\"Musa kavmine, \"Allah\'tan yardım dileyin ve sabredin. Kuşkusuz yeryüzü Allah\'ındır; onu kullarından dilediğine miras bırakır ve (güzel) son takvalı-larındır.\" dedi.\" (A\'raf: 128)
Kıyam etmiş milletler için bu dönemde takvanın somut örneği kendi mübarek hareketlerini sürdürmeleridir. Kendilerine iyi sonuç vaat edilen takvalıların taşımaları gereken en önemli takva unsuru da bundan ibarettir.
2- Uluslararası hilelere ve bu hareketlerden darbe alan güçlere karşı uyanıklık:
Düşmanlar boş durmazlar; bütün siyasi, güvenlik ve mali güçleriyle bu ülkelerde elden çıkan güç ve nüfuzlarını yeniden elde etmek için çalışırlar. Onların ellerindeki vesile aldatma ve tehditten ibarettir. Tecrübe göstermiştir ki elit kesim arasında onlara araç ve vesile olacak kimseler bulunurlar, bunlarda olan korku, ihtiras ve gaflet bilerek veya bilmeyerek düşmana hizmet etmelerine yol açar. Gençler, din alimleri ve aydınlar bu tür sapmaları dikkatle gözetlemelidirler.
En önemli tehlike bu ülkelerin yeni siyasi yapılarında küfür ve istikbar cephesinin müdahale etmesi ve etkili olmasıdır. Onlar bütün çabalarıyla yeni kurulan nizamların İslami ve halkçı bir yapıya sahip olmaması için çalışacaklardır. Bu ülkelerdeki samimi kimseler ve ülkelerinin izzet, onur ve ilerlemesine önem veren her kes yeni kurulacak nizamların tam manada İslami ve halkçı bir içeriğe sahip olması yolunda çaba göstermek durumundadırlar. Bu arada hazırlanacak anayasaların önemli bir konumu vardır. Milli birliliği korumanın yanı sıra, mezhebi, kabilevi ve dil farklılıklarını resmiyete tanımak gelecek-teki zaferlerin şartıdır.
Mısır\'da, Tunus\'ta ve Libya\'da kıyam eden şecaatli halk, diğer uyanık ve mücadeleci milletler bilmelidirler ki onların Amerika\'nın ve diğer müstekbirlerin zulüm ve oyunlarından kurtulmaları dünyadaki güç dengesinin onların lehine değişmesine bağlıdır. Müslümanlar, sorunlarını ciddi bir anlamda emperyalistlere rağmen çözebil-meleri için kendilerini dünyadaki bir güç olacak düzeye ulaştırmalıdırlar. Bu da sadece İslam ülkelerinin gönül birliği ve işbirliği ile mümkün olabilir. Bu İmam Humeyni\'nin unutulmaz vasiyetidir. Amerika ve Nato habis ve diktatör Kazzafi\'yi bahane ederek aylarca Libya halkının başına ateş yağdırdılar. Kaddafi Libya milletinin şecaatli kıyamından önce onların yakın dostlarından sayılır onu bağırlarına basıyor ve onun aracılığı ile Libya\'nın servetini yağmalıyorlardı. Onu aldatmak için elini sıkıyor veya öpüyorlardı…
Halkın kıyamından sonra onu bahane ederek Libya\'nın bütün altyapısını tahrip ettiler. Hangi ülke halkın Nato tarafından katledilmesine ve Libya\'nın tahribine engel olabilirdi? Kan içen ve vahşi Batılı güçlerin diş ve pençeleri kırılmadıkça sürekli İslam ülkeleri için bu tür tehlikeler söz konusu olacaktır. Bundan kurtuluş ancak İslam dünyasının güç bloğu oluşmayla mümkün olur.
Bugün Batı, Amerika ve Siyonizm her zamankinden daha çok zayıflamışlardır. İktisadi sorunlar, Afganistan ve Irak\'ta birbirini izleyen yenilgiler, Amerika ve diğer Batı ülkelerinde her gün geçtikçe genişleyen köklü itirazlar, Filistin ve Lübnan halklarının fedakarca mücadeleleri, Yemen, Bahreyn ve Amerika\'nın nüfuzu altında olan ülkelerin halklarının kahra-manca kıyamları, İslam ümmetine ve özellikle yeni İnkılap etmiş ülkelere büyük müjdeleri içermektedir. İslam dünyasındaki mümin kardeş ve bacılar özellikle Mısır, Tunus ve Libya\'daki halklar, uluslararası İslam gücünü kurmak için bu fırsattan en güzel şekilde yararlanmalıdırlar. Aydın kesim ve bu hareketlerin öncüleri Yüce Allah\'a tevekkül etmeli; Onun yardım vadine güvenmelidirler ve İslam ümmeti için açılan bu yeni sayfayı kendi kalıcı çabalarıyla Allah\'ın rızasını kazanmak için bir vesile kılmalıdırlar.

الحمدلله رب العالمین و صلوات الله و تحیاته علی سیدالانام محمدٍ المصطفی و آله الطیبین و صحبه المنتجبین.
« Louange à DIEU seigneur des Mondes. Les prières de DIEU et ces salutations sur le maître des créatures Mohammad El Mostafa, sa Famille Pure et les Compagnons choisis.»
Le printemps du Hajj est là, avec sa fraîcheur et sa pureté spirituelle, avec sa majesté et sa grandeur divine, pour que les cœurs des croyants passionnés puissent graviter autour de la Kaaba de l’unicité (de Dieu) et de l’unité (de l’Umma). La Mecque, Mina, Mash’ar et Arafat abritent en ces jours des hommes heureux d\'avoir répondu à l’appel:
\" و اذّن فی الناس بالحج.. \"
(Et fais aux gens une annonce pour le Hajj - S22v27)
et honorés d’être présents au banquet de Dieu. C\'est ici la demeure bénie de Dieu, le siège de l\'orientation des hommes, d’où rayonnent les versets manifestes et lumineux, s’étendant sur la Création comme un abri protecteur.
Purifiez votre cœur à la source Zamzam, source de la sérénité, de l’invocation et de la soumission! Ouvrez les yeux de votre âme aux signes manifestes de la Vérité ! Retrouvez la pureté et l’abandon à Dieu, témoins de la vraie soumission ! Revivez en permanence la mémoire de ce père qui, s’abandonnant à son Dieu, amena son fils Ismaël au sacrifice ! C’est ainsi que vous connaîtrez la voie évidente de l’amitié de Dieu, et marcherez dans la Voie, qui ne demande que votre volonté, votre dévotion et votre sincérité.
La Station d\'Ibrahim est l\'un de ces signes manifestes. L\'empreinte du pied d’Ibrahim, près de la Kaaba, n’est qu\'une expression de sa place éminente. La vraie dignité d’Ibrahim est celle de sa foi indéfectible, de son abnégation et de son sacrifice; de sa résistance aux tentations et à sa passion de père, et de son combat contre l\'impiété, le polythéisme et la tyrannie de son temps.
Ces deux voies de salut sont toujours ouvertes à chacun d\'entre nous, membres de l’Umma islamique. La volonté, le courage et la détermination, voilà ce qui peut nous conduire aux objectifs vers lesquels les prophètes de Dieu, d’Adam à Mohammad ( SAW ) le Khatam (le sceau de la prophétie), ont appelé l’humanité toute entière, en lui promettant dignité et béatitude sur terre et dans l’au-delà.
Lors de cet auguste événement, les pèlerins doivent également se consacrer aux importants problèmes qui agitent le monde musulman. Au premier plan, à l\'heure actuelle, les révoltes et révolutions qui bouleversent un certain nombre de pays. Entre le Hajj de l’an dernier et celui de cette année, des évènements majeurs ont eu lieu dans le monde musulman, des évènements capables de changer le destin de l’Umma islamique, et qui laissent présager un avenir radieux et digne, marqué par le progrès spirituel et matériel. En Egypte, en Tunisie et en Libye, des Tâghoût dictateurs, corrompus et dépendants de l’étranger, ont été tirés à bas. En d\'autres pays, les vagues retentissantes des soulèvements populaires menacent de ruine et de destruction les palaces bâtis sur le pillage et l’oppression.
C\'est un nouveau chapitre qui s’ouvre ainsi dans l’histoire de notre Umma, un chapitre qui révèle des vérités, des signes divins, clairs et manifestes, et nous donne des leçons édifiantes. Ces vérités doivent être prises en considération par toutes les nations musulmanes.
D’abord, le fait que de nos jours, après des années de domination politique étrangère, une nouvelle génération de jeunes animés d’une confiance en soi exemplaire, allant au devant des dangers, entre en action, et se dresse face aux puissances hégémoniques, une génération déterminée à changer sa situation et l\'ordre mondial.
Ensuite, le fait que malgré les efforts cachés ou évidents de « désislamisation » de ces pays par les forces hégémonistes antireligieuses, l\'islam, à l’instar d’une source abondante, de par son influence grandissante et sa présence bienveillante, réussit à donner une nouvelle fraîcheur et vie au discours et au comportement des millions de Musulmans à travers le monde, en orientant les cœurs et les langues. Les appels à la prière, les salles de prières pleines, les slogans tels que « Dieu est Grand » sont autant de signes évidents qui en disent long sur cette vérité, et les élections récentes en Tunisie n’en sont qu’une preuve irréfutable de plus. Il ne fait aucun doute que dans chacun des pays musulmans, en cas d’élections libres, le résultat ne différera guère de celui de la Tunisie.
Un autre fait marquant des événements de l’année écoulée fut la démonstration que Dieu, Adoré et Omnipotent, a mis dans la volonté et la détermination des nations une puissance inégalée. Munies de cette force divine, les nations musulmanes peuvent changer leur destin et remporter la victoire accordée par Dieu.
Désormais, les puissances arrogantes et à leur tête l’Amérique qui, par des stratagèmes politiques et sécuritaires, avaient assujetti des décennies durant les Etats de la région et pensaient avoir aplani le chemin pour leur mainmise grandissante sur la vie économique, politique et culturelle de cette partie sensible du monde, sont devenues la première cible du ressentiment et de la haine des peuples de la région. Il ne fait aucun doute que les régimes issus de ces révolutions ne seront plus prêts à se soumettre à l\'ordre passé, et la volonté des peuples bouleversera la géopolitique de cette région, dans le sens de la dignité et de l\'indépendance des nations.
Un autre point important de cette année a été le fait que ces événements ont mis en évidence la nature perfide et hypocrite des puissances occidentales. En Egypte, en Tunisie et en Libye, - chaque pays à sa manière -, l’Amérique et l’Europe se sont dépensées sans compter pour maintenir leurs laquais au pouvoir, et c\'est uniquement lorsque la volonté des peuples s\'est montrée invincible qu’elles ont commencé à offrir leur amitié hypocrite.
Les signes manifestes de Dieu dans cette région ont été si nombreux cette année qu’il n’est guère difficile, à ceux qui réfléchissent, de les apercevoir.
Cependant, l\'Umma islamique et en particulier les nations révoltées ne doivent pas oublier deux nécessités vitales:
- La persévérance dans la résistance. Les nations doivent éviter d\'être démoralisées et tenir fermement le cap. Ainsi que l\'ordonna Dieu à son Prophète (S):
\"فاستقم كما امرت و من تاب معك و لاتطغوا \"
(Demeure sur le droit chemin comme il t\'est commandé, ainsi que ceux qui sont revenus [à Dieu] avec toi, et ne commettez pas d\'excès – S11V112)
\" فلذلك فادع و استقم كما امرت\"
(Appelle donc (les gens) à cela; reste droit comme il t\'a été commandé – S42V15)
et Moïse(S) à son peuple :
« \" و قال موسي لقومه استعينوا بالله و اصبروا، ان الارض لله يورثها من يشاء من عباده و العاقبه للمتقين\" ».
(Moïse dit à son peuple : \"Demandez aide auprès de Dieu et soyez patients, car la terre appartient à Dieu. IL la donne en héritage à qui IL veut parmi ces serviteurs – S 7V128)
La grande vertu des nations aujourd\'hui en révolte serait de ne pas abandonner leurs efforts et de ne pas se contenter des acquis du moment. S\'ils réussissent, le «bienheureux destin» promis aux vertueux prendra son sens.
- La vigilance face aux ruses de l’arrogance mondiale et des puissances dont les intérêts ont été menacés par ces révolutions. Ces puissances ne resteront pas inactives et se serviront de leurs capacités politique, sécuritaire et financière pour regagner leur influence et reprendre le contrôle dans ces pays. Leurs moyens sont la corruption, l\'intimidation et la ruse. L’expérience a montré que même l\'élite des nations peut inclure des individus maniables par ces moyens, qui par crainte, par convoitise ou par négligence, se trouvent à leur su ou insu au service de l’ennemi. Il faut que les jeunes, les intellectuels et les savants religieux demeurent attentifs à ce danger.
Le danger le plus important qui menace les régimes politiques nouveaux de ces pays libérés demeure celui de l’ingérence des irréligieux et des arrogants. Ils feront tout ce qui en leur pouvoir pour empêcher les nouveaux régimes d\'acquérir leur identité islamique et populaire. Or, tous ceux qui souhaitent la dignité, la grandeur et le progrès de ces pays, se doivent de préserver le caractère populaire et islamique de ces nouveaux régimes. Le rôle des constitutions est déterminant dans ce processus. L’unité nationale et la reconnaissance des différences religieuses, ethniques et raciales constituent la condition des victoires futures.
Les peuples courageux et révolutionnaires d\'Egypte, de Tunisie et de Libye, et toutes les autres nations révoltées et combattantes doivent savoir qu\'ils ne seront libres du joug de l’oppression et de la perfidie des Etats-Unis et des arrogantes puissances occidentales, qu’en changeant les rapports de force mondiaux en leur faveur.
Pour que les Musulmans puissent sérieusement régler le compte aux pilleurs du monde, il faut qu’ils s’élèvent et qu\'ils forment une grande puissance mondiale, et une telle chose nécessite la coopération, la solidarité et l’unité des pays musulmans. Accomplir ceci, voilà le vœu inoubliable du grand Imam Khomeiny.
L’Amérique et l’Otan, prétextant vouloir combattre l’infâme dictateur Kadhafi, ont bombardé le peuple libyen des mois durant. Juste avant que le peuple libyen se soulève courageusement contre Kadhafi, ce même Kadhafi n’était-il pas l’ami proche des membres de l\'Otan et de l\'Amérique, celui que ces derniers serraient dans les bras, embrassaient, celui dont ils baisaient la main, pour le flatter et mieux piller les richesses de la Libye ?... Après le soulèvement, n’ont-ils pas détruit toutes les infrastructures de la Libye, soi-disant pour combattre Kadhafi ? Quel gouvernement a pu empêcher l\'Otan de massacrer la population et de détruire les villes ?
Tant que les dents et les griffes de ces puissances sanguinaires et sauvages occidentales ne sont pas brisées, de tels dangers persisteront pour les pays musulmans. La libération ne peut être obtenue qu\'avec la création d’un bloc islamique puissant dans le monde.
L’Occident, l’Amérique et le sionisme sont de nos jours plus affaiblis que jamais. Des difficultés économiques, des échecs successifs en Afghanistan et en Irak, les importants mouvements de contestation, s\'étendant quotidiennement, qui secouent l\'Amérique et les autres pays occidentaux, le combat et les sacrifices des peuples palestiniens et libanais, les soulèvements courageux des populations au Yémen, en Bahreïn et en d’autres pays contre le joug américain, tous ces évènements sont de bonnes nouvelles pour le futur de l’Umma islamique, notamment pour les pays musulmans en révolution. Les croyantes et les croyants, partout dans le monde musulman, en particulier en Egypte, en Tunisie et en Libye, doivent intelligemment mettre à profit cette occasion, dans l’objectif de créer une puissance internationale islamique. L’élite et l’avant-garde de ces mouvements doivent se confier à Dieu et avoir confiance en Ses promesses de victoire, afin d’orner ce chapitre glorieux de l’histoire de l’Umma islamique par de nouvelles et définitives victoires qui satisferont Dieu et seront le prélude à Son triomphe éternel.

اکنون بهار حج، با طراوت و صفای معنوی و شکوه و حشمت خداداد، فرا رسیده و دلهای مؤمن و مشتاق را پروانه وار بر گرد کعبهی توحید و وحدت، به پرواز درآورده است. مکه و منا و مشعر و عرفات، منزلگاه انسانهای خوشبختی است که به ندای: \" و اذّن فی الناس بالحج .. \" پاسخ گفته و به حضور در میهمانی خدای غفور و کریم سرافراز گشتهاند. اینجا همان خانهی مبارک و کانون هدایتی است که آیاتٍ بیّنات الهی از آن ساطع و چتر امان برفراز سر همگان در آن گسترده است.
دل را در زمزم صفا و ذکر و خشوع، شستشو دهید؛ چشم باطن را به آیات روشن حضرت حق بگشائید؛ به اخلاص و تسلیم که نشانهی عبودیت حقیقی است روی آورید؛ خاطرهی آن پدری را که با طوع و تسليم، اسماعيلش را به قربانگاه برد بارها و بارها در دل زنده كنيد، و بدينگونه راه روشن و آشكاري را كه براي رسيدن به دوستي ربّ جليل در برابر ما گشوده است، بشناسيد و قدم نهادن در آن را به همّت مؤمنانه و نيت صادقانهي خود، بسپاريد.
مقام ابراهيم يكي از همان آيات بيّنات است. جاي پاي ابراهيم عليهالسلام در كنار كعبهي شريف، تنها نمادي از مقام ابراهيم است. مقام ابراهيم، مقام اخلاص و گذشت و ايثار اوست؛ مقام ايستادگي او در برابر خواست نفساني و عواطف پدرانه و نيز در برابر سيطرهي كفر و شرك و سلطهي نمرود زمانه است.
اين هر دو راه نجات هم اكنون در برابر يكايك ما آحاد امت اسلامي، گشوده است. همت و شجاعت و عزم راسخ هريك از ما ميتواند ما را روانه به سوي همان هدفهائي سازد كه پيامآوران رسالت الهي از آدم تا خاتم، بشر را به سوي آن فراخوانده و وعدهي عزت و سعادت در دنيا وآخرت را به رهپويان آن دادهاند.
در اين محضر عظيمِ امت اسلامي، شايسته است كه حجگزاران به مهمترين مسائل جهان اسلام بپردازند. اكنون در رأس همهي اين مسائل، قيام و انقلاب در برخي كشورهاي مهم اسلامي است. در ميانهي حجّ سال گذشته و حج امسال، حوادثي در دنياي اسلام پديد آمده است كه ميتواند سرنوشت امت اسلامي را دگرگون ساخته و آيندهئي درخشان و سرشار از عزت و پيشرفت مادي و معنوي را نويد دهد. در مصر و تونس و ليبي طاغوتهاي ديكتاتور و فاسد و وابسته، از سرير قدرت سرنگون شدهاند و در برخي کشورهای ديگر امواج پرخروش قيام مردمي، كاخهاي زر و زور را به ويراني و نابودي تهديد ميكند.
اين صفحهي تازه گشوده از تاريخ امت ما، حقايقي را آشكار ميسازد كه همه از آيات بينات الهي است و به ما درسهاي حياتبخش ميدهد. اين حقايق بايد در همهي محاسبات ملتهاي مسلمان به كار گرفته شود.
نخست آنكه اكنون از دل ملتهائي كه دهها سال در سيطرهي سياسي بيگانگان بودهاند، نسل جواني سربرآورده است كه با اعتماد به نفس تحسين برانگيز به استقبال خطر رفته و به روياروئي با قدرتهاي مسلّط برخاسته و همت به دگرگونسازيِ وضعيت گماشته است.
ديگر آنكه به رغم تسلط و تلاش حاكمان سكولار و تلاشهاي پيدا و پنهان آنان براي دينزدائي در اين كشورها، اسلام، با نفوذ و حضوري نمايان و پرشكوه، هدايتگر دلها و زبانها گشته و چون چشمهاي جوشان در گفتار و كردار تودههاي ميليوني، به اجتماعات و رفتارهاي آنان طراوت و حيات بخشيده است. ماذنهها و مصلاّها و تكبيرها و شعارهاي اسلامي، نشانهي آشكاري از اين حقيقت و انتخابات اخير تونس برهان قاطعي بر اين مدعا است. بيگمان انتخابات آزاد در هر كشور اسلامي ديگر هم نتيجهئي جز آنچه در تونس پيش آمد، نخواهد داشت.
ديگر آنكه در حوادث اين يك سال، به همه نشان داده شد كه خداوند عزيز و قدير، در عزم و ارادهي ملتها، آن چنان قدرتي تعبيه كرده است كه هيچ قدرت دیگر را ياراي مقاومت در برابر آن نيست. ملتها با اين نيروي خداداد، قادرند سرنوشت خويش را تغيير دهند و نصرت الهي را نصيب خود سازند.
ديگر آنكه دولتهاي مستكبر و در رأس آنان امريكا، كه در طول دهها سال با ترفندهاي سياسي و امنيتي، دولتهاي منطقه را سر به فرمان خود ساخته و به پندار خود، جادهي بي مانعي براي سيطرهي روزافزون اقتصادي و فرهنگي و سياسي بر اين بخش حساس جهان، پديد آورده بودند، اكنون نخستين آماج بيزاري و نفرت ملتهاي اين منطقهاند. اطمينان بايد داشت كه نظامهاي برآمده از اين انقلابها هرگز به نامعادلهي خفتبار پيشين تن نخواهند داد و جغرافياي سياسي اين منطقه به دست ملتها و در جهت عزت و استقلال كامل آنان رقم خواهد خورد.
ديگر آنكه طبيعت مزوّر و منافقِ قدرتهاي غربي، براي مردم اين كشورها آشكار شد. در مصر و تونس و ليبي – هركدام به نوعي- آمريكا و اروپا تا توانستند در نگهداري از مهرههاي خود كوشيدند و هنگامي كه عزم ملتها برخواست آنان فائق آمد، به روي مردم پيروز لبخند مزورانهي دوستي زدند.
حقايق گرانبها و آيات بينات الهي در حوادث يكسال اخير در اين منطقه بيش از اينها است و براي اهل تدبر، ديدن و شناختن آن دشوار نيست.
ليكن با اين همه، امروز همهي امت اسلامي و بويژه ملتهاي به پاخواسته، نيازمند دو عنصر اساسياند:
نخست: تداوم ايستادگي و پرهيز شديد از سست شدن عزم راسخ. فرمان الهي به پيامبر اعظم صلياللهعليهوآلهوسلم در قرآن چنين است: \" فاستقم كما امرت و من تاب معك و لاتطغوا \" و \" فلذلك فادع و استقم كما امرت\" و نيز از زبان حضرت موسي عليهالسلام : \" و قال موسي لقومه استعينوا بالله و اصبروا، ان الارض لله يورثها من يشاء من عباده و العاقبه للمتقين\"
مصداق بزرگ تقوا در اين دوره براي ملتهاي به پاخاسته، آن است كه حركت مبارك خود را متوقف نسازند و خود را سرگرم دستآوردهاي اين مقطع نكنند. اين است بخش مهم از تقوائي كه دارندگان آن، به وعدهي \" عاقبتِ نيك\" سرافراز گشتهاند.
دوم: هشياري در برابر حيلههاي مستكبران بينالمللي و قدرتهائي كه از اين قيامها و انقلابها لطمه ديدهاند. آنها بيكار نميمانند و با همهي توان سياسي و امنيتی و مالي، براي برقراريِ دوبارهي نفوذ و قدرت خود در اين كشورها به ميدان ميآيند. ابزار آنان، تطميع و تهديد و فريب است. تجربهها نشان داده است كه درميان خواص، هستند كساني كه اين ابزارها در آنان كارگر ميشود و ترس و طمع و غفلت، آنان را دانسته يا ندانسته به خدمت دشمن درميآورد. چشم بيدار جوانان و روشنفكران و عالمان ديني بايد به دقت مراقبت كند.
مهمترين خطر، دخالت و تأثيرگذاريِ جبههي كفر و استكبار در ساخت نظام جديد سياسي در اين كشورها است. آنان همهي كوشش خود را به كار خواهند برد تا نظامهاي جديد، هويت اسلامي و مردمي نيابد. همهي دلسوزان در اين كشورها و همه آنان كه به عزت و كرامت و پيشرفت كشور خود دلبستهاند بايد تلاش كنند تا اسلاميت و مردمي بودن نظام نوين، به تمام و كمال تامين شود. نقش قانون اساسيها در اين ميان، برجسته است. اتحاد ملي و به رسميت شناختنِ دگرسانيهاي مذهبي، قبيلهئي و نژادي، شرط پيروزيهاي آينده است.
ملتهاي شجاع و به پاخاسته در مصر و تونس و ليبي و ديگر ملتهاي بيدار و مبارز بدانند، نجات آنان از ظلم و كيد آمريكا و ديگر مستكبران غربي تنها و تنها در آن است كه تعادل قوا در جهان به نفع آنان برقرار شود. مسلمانان براي اينكه بتوانند مسائل خود را به صورت جدّي با جهانخواران حل كنند بايد خود را به مرز قدرت بزرگ جهانی برسانند، و اين جز با همكاري و همدلي و اتحاد كشورهاي اسلامي به دست نخواهد آمد. اين وصيت فراموش نشدني امام خميني عظيم است. امريكا و ناتو به بهانهي قذافي خبيث و ديكتاتور، ماهها بر سر ليبي و مردم آن آتش ريختند. و قذافي همان كسي بود كه پيش از قيام شجاعانهي ملت ليبي درشمار دوستان نزديك آنان بشمار می رفت، او را در آغوش ميگرفتند؛ با دست او از ثروت ليبي ميدزديدند و براي خام كردن او دستش را ميفشردند يا ميبوسيدند .. پس از قيام مردم، همين او را بهانه كردند و تمام زيرساختهاي ليبي را به ويراني كشاندند. كدام دولت توانست از فاجعهي كشتار مردم و ويراني كشور ليبي به دست ناتو جلوگيري كند؟ تا چنگ و دندان قدرتهاي خونخوار و وحشي غربي شكسته نشود هميشه چنين خطرهائي براي كشورهاي اسلامي متصور است و نجات از آن جز با تشكيل قطب قدرتمند جهان اسلام، ميسر نيست.
غرب و امريكا و صهيونيزم امروز از هميشه ضعيفترند. گرفتاريهاي اقتصادي، ناكاميهاي پيدرپي در افغانستان و عراق، اعتراضهاي عميق مردمي در امريكا و ديگر كشورهاي غربي كه دامنهي آن روز بروز گستردهتر شده است، مبارزات و جانفشانيهاي مردم فلسطين و لبنان، قيامهاي دليرانهي مردم در يمن و بحرين و برخي ديگر از كشورهاي زير نفوذ امريكا، همه و همه حامل بشارتهاي بزرگي براي امت اسلامي و بويژه كشورهاي انقلابي جديد است. مردان و زنان مؤمن در سراسر جهان اسلام و بويژه در مصر و تونس و ليبي از اين فرصت براي تشكيل قدرت بينالملل اسلامي بيشترين بهره را ببرند. خواص و پيشروان نهضتها به خداي بزرگ توكل و به وعدهي نصرت او اعتماد كنند و صفحهي تازه گشودهي تاريخ امت اسلامي را با افتخارات ماندگار خود كه مايهي رضاي الهي و زمينهساز نصرت اوست مزين سازند.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الحمد لله رب العالمين و صلوات الله و تحياته علي سيد الانام محمد المصطفي و آله الطيبين و صحبه المنتجبين
Musim semi haji sudah tiba dengan kesegaran dan suasana spritual dan kecemerlangan dari Allah SWT, dan hati orang-orang beriman dengan keinginan yang amat besar akan terbang disekitar Ka\'bah ketuhanan dan kesatuan. Mekkah, Mina, Mash\'ar dan Arafat merupakan tempat para manusia beruntung yang merespon suara :
((و اذن في الناس بالحج ...))
berarti ajaklah manusia untuk pergi haji, dan hadir di jamuan Allah yang maha pengampun. Tempat suci ini adalah rumah keselamatan dan pusat hidayah yang ayat-ayat ilahi bersinar padanya dan payung perlindungan juga diperluas di atas kepala semua.
Bersihkan hati anda semua di dalam Zamzam Safa, zikir dan rendah hati; bukalah mata batin dengan ayat-ayat terang Allah; pilihlah ikhlas dan berserah diri yang merupakan tanda pengabdian hakiki; ulangilah berkali-kali cerita seorang ayah yang membawa anaknya Ismail ke tempat korban, dan kemudian mengenal jalan cerah dan terang yang telah dibuka untuk mencintai Allah yang Maha Kuasa, dan masuklah ke dalam jalan itu dengan usaha dan keinginan beriman dan niat jujur.
Magom Ibrahim adalah salah satu dari ayat-ayat tersebut. Tempat kaki Ibrahim a.s. di samping Ka\'bah suci merupakan satu satunya tanda magom Ibrahim. Magom Ibrahim adalah tempat ikhlas, ampunan dan pengorbanan; tempat istigomah terhadap keinginan hawa nafsu dan kecintaan ayah terhadap anaknya dan juga terhadap kekuasaan kafir dan syirik dan kekuatan namrud masa.
Dua jalan penyelamat ini sekarang terbuka di hadapan kita seluruh umat islam. Usaha, keberanian dan keinginan yang kuat dari kita semua dapat mengarahkan kita ke sasaran dan tujuan yang dibimbing oleh para Nabi mulai dari Adam sampai dengan Nabi Terakhir dan menjanjikan kemuliaan dan keberuntungan untuk para pengikut mereka.
Di hadapan Umat Islam yang amat mulia ini, sebaiknya para jamaah haji memperhatikan maslah-masalah penting dunia islam. Sekarang masalah yang paling pokok adalah kerusuhan dan revolusi di berbagai negara islam. Selama musim haji tahun lalu dan tahun ini terjadi beberapa kejadian di dunia Islam dimana kejadian-kejadian tersebut dapat merubah nasib umat islam dan menyampaikan kabar gembira tentang masa depan yang cemerlang, penuh kemuliaan, kemajuan material dan spritual. Di Mesir, Tunisia dan Libya, para diktator bejat yang mempunyai ketergantungan sudah jatuh dari takhta kekuasaan dan di beberapa negara islam lain juga gelombang-gelombang kerusuhan rakyat mengancam istana-istana kekuatan dan kekayaan mereka.
Lembaran baru sejarah umat ini telah terbuka, menyampaikan kebenaran tentang ayat-ayat terang ilahiah yang memberikan pelajaran-pelajaran yang sangat berharga. Kebenaran-kebenaran tersebut harus diimplementasikan dalam seluruh masalah bangsa-bangsa muslim.
Pertama, kini di tengah bangsa-bangsa yang sudah puluhan tahun berada di bawah kekuasaan asing, hidup suatu generasi muda yang mengambil resiko dengan penuh percaya diri dalam menghadapi para adi daya dan kemudian mulai berani berusaha merubah situasi.
Hal lain adalah bahwa meskipun adanya para penguasa sekular, dan usaha mereka untuk menghapuskan agama di Negara-negara tersebut, islam dengan pengaruhnya memberikan kecemerlangannya, seperti mata air segar dalam ucapan, perkataan dan perbuatan tumpukan-tumpukan manusia, telah mampu menjadi pembimbing hati dan lisan di Negara-negara tersebut, dan juga menghayati komunitas-komunitas dan perilaku mereka. Tempat-tempat adzan, mushala-mushala, takbir-takbir dan slogan-slogan islami adalah tanda terang dari kebenaran tersebut dan juga pemilihan umum akhir-akhir ini di Tunisia merupakan argumentasi sekaligus jawaban terhadap tuntutan tersebut. Tanpa keraguan, pemilihan umum yang bebas di setiap Negara Islam bisa menghasilkan layaknya demikian sebagaimana yang dihasilkan di Tunisia.
Satu hal lagi adalah bahwa dalam kejadian satu tahun terakhir ini, telah ditunjukkan bahwa Allah yang maha kuasa memberikan kekuasaan kepada bangsa-bangsa sehingga tak seorangpun dapat menghalanginya. Bangsa-bangsa itu dengan kekuatan ilahi mampu merubah nasib mereka sendiri untuk mencapai kemenangan ilahi.
Pemerintahan-pemerintahan adidaya khususnya Amerika Serikat, yang selama puluhan tahun dengan kebijakan politik dan militernya, mengabdikan negara-negara kawasan dan melakukan penjajahan ekonomi, budaya dan politik terhadap bagian sensitif dari dunia ini, kini dibenci oleh bangsa-bangsa kawasan tersebut. Kita harus yakin bahwa sistem-sistem baru hasil revolusi-revolusi ini tidak akan menjadi seperti sistem-sistem sebelumnya dan peta politik kawasan ini akan dibentuk dan digambarkan oleh bangsa mereka sendiri dengan orientasi kemuliaan dan kemerdekaan penuh mereka.
Hal lain adalah bahwa ciri munafik para adidaya barat telah dikenal oleh masyarakat negara-negara kawasan. Amerika Serikat dan Eropa dalam kasus Mesir, Tunisia dan Libya berusaha mendukung oknum-oknum mereka sendiri dan ketika bangsa-bangsa itu sudah berhasil, maka para adidaya itu memperlihatkan diri dengan kebohongan sebagai teman dan sahabat bangsa-bangsa yang sudah menghasilkan kemenangan itu.
kebenaran-kebenaran berharga dan ayat-ayat terang ilahiah, hasil kejadian-kejadian setahun terakhir di kawasan ini adalah lebih dari yang sudah dijelaskan dan orang-orang ahli siasat dapat melihat dan memahami kebenaran-kebenaran tersebut.
Akan tetapi kini seluruh umat islam, khususnya bangsa-bangsa yang sudah bangkit, memerlukan dua unsur pokok:
Pertama, melanjutkan untuk tetap istiqamah dan menghindari melemahnya keinginan. Berdasarkan firman Allah SWT kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW:
((فاستقم كما امرت و من تاب معك و لا تطغوا))
و ((فلذلك فادع واستقم كما امرت))
, dan juga dari lisan Nabi Musa a.s. :
((و قال موسي لقومه استعينوا بالله واصبرو، ان الارض لله يورثها من يشاء من عباده و العاقبه للمتقين))
Ketaqwaan terbesar untuk bangsa-bangsa yang sudah bangkit adalah bahwa jangan sampai terhentikan, dan jangan terbuai dengan keberhasilan-keberhasilan sementara yang telah diperoleh selama ini. Ini adalah bagian terpenting dari ketaqwaan yang telah Allah SWT anugerahkan yaitu masa depan yang cemerlang.
Kedua, kesadaran terhadap tipu-daya para negara adidaya-adikuasa sombong yang telah mengalami kerugian karena pemberontakan dan revolusi tersebut. Mereka tidak akan pernah diam dan dengan kekuatan politik, militer dan keuangannya akan memulai mempengaruhi negara-negara itu. Modal ataupun alat yang mereka gunakan adalah menyuap, mengancam dan menipu. Berdasarkan pengalaman, di antara orang-orang elit juga ada yang mudah ditipu dan disuap sehingga mereka mau tidak mau melayani musuh karena ketakutan, kerakusan dan jebakan. Oleh karena itu, para pemuda, para cendekiawan dan ulama harus lebih sadar.
Resiko yang amat berbahaya adalah campur tangan dan pengaruh barisan kafir dan sombong dalam pembentukan sisem politik baru di negara-negara ini. Mereka akan berusaha keras sehingga sistem-sistem baru itu tidak dibentuk berdasarkan identitas islami dan rakyat. Orang-orang yang menyukai negaranya dan memikirkan kemuliaan, harkat dan martabat dan kemajuan negaranya harus berusaha keras agar sistem-sistem baru ini dibentuk penuh berdasarkan keislaman dan kerakyatan. Peranan undang-undang dasar mereka itu adalah sangat penting. Persatuan nasional dan pengakuan agama, suku dan etnis di negaranya adalah syarat kemenangan mereka di masa depan.
Bangsa-bangsa berani yang telah berusaha bangkit di Mesir, Tunisia dan Libya dan bangsa-bangsa pejuang lainnya harus mengetahui bahwa satu satunya jalan penyelamat dari kezaliman dan tipuan Amerika Serikat dan para adi daya sombong itu adalah terwujudnya keseimbangan kekuasaan di dunia sesuai dengan kepentingan mereka. Jika para muslim ingin menyelesaikan permasalahannya dengan para adikuasa dunia harus menjadi sebagai negara besar dari segi kekuasaan, dan hal tersebut tidak dapat tercapai kecuali dengan kerja sama, persahabatan dan persatuan negara-negara islam. Ini merupakan wasiat Imam Khomeini, yang tak dapat terlupakan. Amerika Serikat dan NATO hanya dengan alasan mencari khadafi sang diktator kotor Libya itu, mengebom Libya dan rakyatnya selama beberapa bulan. Khadafi adalah seorang yang, sebelum revolusi bangsa Libya, merupakan sahabat Amerika Serikat dan NATO, mereka memeluknya, mencuri kekayaan Libya dengan berpura-pura mencium tanggannya. Setelah terjadinya revolusi, mereka dengan alasan mencari khadafi, menghancurkan semua infrastruktur Libya. Negara mana yang dapat mencegah pembunuhan massa dan kerusakan Libya oleh NATO? Jika tangan para adidaya barat yang begitu kejam tidak dipotong, lalu kita selalu akan melihat ancaman-ancaman itu terhadap negara-negara islam dan keluar dari ancaman tersebut tidak dapat terwujud kecuali membentuk kubu kuat dunia islam.
Kini barat, Amerika Serikat dan Zionis lebih lemah dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya. Banyak permasalahan ekonomi, kekalahan terus menerus di Afghanistan dan Irak, demonstrasi besar besaran masyarat Amerika Serikat dan negara-negara barat lain yang semakin hari semakin tersebar, perjuangan masyarakat Palestina dan Lebanon, revolusi dengan penuh keberanian masyarakat Yaman, Bahrain dan berbagai negara lain di bawah pengaruh Amerika Serikat, semuanya merupakan kabar gembir untuk umat islam khususnya negara-negara revolusioner baru. Ibu-ibu dan bapak-bapak yang beriman di seluruh dunia khususnya di Mesir, Tunisia dan Libya harus lebih memanfaatkan kesempatan ini dengan tujuan pembentukan kekuasaan internasional islami. Orang-orang elite dan juga para garis depan revolusioner itu sebaiknya berserah diri kepada Allah SWT dan percaya pada janji kemenangannya dan juga menghiasi lembaran baru sejarah umat islam ini dengan perbuatan-perbuatan yang terpuji yang diridhai oleh Allah SWT dan menjadi lingkup kemenanganNya.

آ جکل حج کی بہار اپنی تمام تر روحانی شادابی و پاکیزگی اور خداداد حشمت و شکوہ کے ساتھ آ گئی ہے اور ایمان کے نور اور شوق کے زیور سے آراستہ دل، پروانوں کی طرح کعبہ توحید اور مرکز اتحاد کے گرد محو پرواز ہیں۔ مکہ،منا،مشعر اور عرفات خوش قسمت انسانوں کی منزل ہیں جنہوں نے ”واذن فی الناس بالحج“ کی پکار پر لبیک کہتے ہوئے خداوند غفور و کریم کے مہمان ہونے کی سعادت پائی ہے۔ یہ وہی مبارک مکان اور ہدایت کا سرچشمہ ہے کہ جہاں پر اللہ تعالی کی بین نشانیوں کو جلا بخشی گئی اور جہاں پر ہر ایک کے سر پر امن و امان کی چھتری قرار دی گئی۔
دلوں اور ذکر و خشوع کو زمزم میں پاک کریں۔ اپنی بصیرت کی آنکھ کو حضرت حق کی تابندہ آیات پر کھول دیں۔اخلاص و تسلیم پر جو کہ حقیقی عبودیت کی علامت ہیں ٹوٹ پڑیں۔ اس باپ کی یاد کوجو کمال تسلیم کے ساتھ اپنے اسماعیل کو قربانگاہ تک لے کر گئے،بار بار اپنے دل میں زندہ کیجئے۔ اس طرح وہ منور طریق جو کہ رب جلیل سے دوستی کے لئے ہمارے سامنے کھول دی گئی ہے اسے پہچانئے اورسچے مومن کے عزم اور نیت صادقانہ کے ساتھ اس پر قدم رکھیں۔
مقام ابراہیم انہیں آیات بینات میں سے ایک ہے۔ کعبہ شریف کے پاس ابراہیم علیہ السلام کی قدم گاہ مقام ابراہیم کی واحد نشانی ہے، مقام ابراہیم ان کے ایثار،اخلاص اور قربانی کا مقام ہے۔ نفسانی تقاضوں اور پدری جذبات کے سامنے اور کفر و شرک کے غلبے اور نمرود زمانہ کے تسلط کے آگے ڈٹ جانے کا مقام ہے۔ نجات کے یہ دونوں راستے امت اسلامی کے ہم سب افراد کے سامنے موجود ہیں۔ ہم میں سے ہر ایک کی جرات، بہادری اور محکم ارادہ ہمیں ان مقاصد کی طرف روانہ کر سکتا ہے جن کی طرف آدم سے خاتم تک تمام الہی پیغمبروں نے ہمیں دعوت دی ہے اور اس راستے پر چلنے والوں کو دنیا و آخرت میں عزت و سعادت کا وعدہ فرمایا ہے۔ امت مسلمہ کے اس عظیم محضر میں، شایستہ یہی ہے کہ حجاج کرام عالم اسلام کے اہم ترین مسائل پر توجہ دیں۔ ان بے شمار مسایل میں سے سرفہرست، بعض اسلامی ممالک میں برپا ہونے والا انقلاب اور عوامی قیام ہے۔ گذشتہ سال حج اور امسال حج کے درمیانی عرصہ میں عالم اسلام میں ایسے واقعات رونما ہوئے ہیں جو کہ امت مسلمہ کی تقدیر بدل سکتے ہیں اور مادی اور روحانی ترقی اور عزت و افتخار سے سرشار ایک روشن مستقبل کی نوید دے سکتے ہیں۔ مصر، تیونس اور لیبیامیں فاسد، محتاج اور ڈیکٹیٹر طاغوت، تخت اقتدار سے گر چکے ہیں جبکہ بعض دوسرے ممالک میں عوام کی ٹھاٹھیں مارتی لہروں نے زر و زور اور اقتدار کے محلات میں ویرانی اور تباہی کی گھنٹیاں بجا دی ہیں۔
ہماری امت کی تاریخ کے اس تازہ باب نے ایسے حقایق آشکار کئے ہیں جو کہ مکمل طور پر آیات بینات الہی ہیں اور ہمارے لئے حیات بخش سبق لئے ہوئے ہیں۔ ان حقایق کو اسلامی امہ کی تمام اقوام کے محاسبات میں استعمال میں لایا جانا چاہئے۔
سب سے پہلے یہ کہ جو اقوام کئی دھائیوں سے غیروں کے سیاسی تسلط میں رہ رہی تھیں ان کے اندر سے ایسی جوان نسل ظاہر ہوئی ہے جو اپنے اوپر محکم یقین اور تحسین بر انگیز جذبے کے ساتھ خطرات کو قبول کرتے ہوئے مسلط شدہ طاقتوں کے مقابلے پر کھڑی ہو کر اپنی تقدیر بدلنے پر کمر بستہ ہے۔
دوسرے یہ کہ سیکولر حکمرانوں کے تسلط کے باوجود اپنے ممالک میں دین کو محو کرنے کے لئے ان کی ظاہری اور خفیہ کوششوں کے با وصف، اسلام نے بھرپور اور پرشکوہ اثر و رسوخ کے ذریعے دلوں اور زبانوں کو نور ہدایت بخشی اور کروڑوں لوگوں کے گفتار و کردار کی صورت چشمہ جوشان کی طرح، ان کے رویوں اور اجتماعات کو رونق و شادابی عطا کی ہے۔ اذانیں، عبادات، اللہ اکبر کی صدائیں اور دوسرے اسلامی نعرے اور تیونس کے حالیہ انتخابات اس حقیقت کی واضع نشانی اور برھان قاطع ہیں۔ بلاشبہ اسلامی ممالک میں سے ہر ایک ملک میں غیرجانبدارانہ اور آزادانہ انتخابات کا نتیجہ وہی ہو گا جو تیونس میں سامنے آیا ہے۔
تیسرے یہ کہ اس ایک سال کے دوران پیش آنے والے واقعات نے سب پر یہ واضع کر دیا ہے کہ خدائے عزیز و قدیر نے اقوام کے عزم و ارادوں میں ایک ایسی طاقت رکھ دی ہے کہ کسی دوسری طاقت میں اس کا مقابلہ کرنے کی جرات اور سکت ہی نہیں ہے۔ اقوام اسی خداداد طاقت کے بل بوتے پر اپنی تقدیر کو بدل سکنے کی طاقت رکھتی ہیں اور اس طرح خدا کی نصرت کو اپنے شامل حال کر سکتی ہیں۔
چوتھے یہ کہ استکباری حکومتوں نے، جن میں سر فہرست امریکا ہے ، کئی دھائیوں سے مختلف سیاسی اور سیکورٹی کے ہتھکنڈوں کے ذریعے خطے میں موجود حکومتوں کو اپنا تابع فرمان اور اپنے نصایح کا پایبند بنا کر، دنیا کے اس حساس ترین خطے میں اپنے اقتصادی ،ثقافتی اور سیاسی تسلط کے لئے رکاوٹوں سے پاک وسیع شاہراہ بنا رکھی تھی ، اب اس خطے کی اقوام کی نفرت و بیزاری کی آماجگاہ بن چکی ہیں۔
ہمیں یہ اطمینان رکھنا چاہئے کہ ان عوامی انقلابوں کے نتیجے میں برقرارہونے والے نظام سابقہ ذلت آمیز غیرمتوازن رویوں کے سامنے تسلیم نہیں ہونگے اور اس خطے کی اقوام کے ہاتھوں سیاسی جغرافیہ ،عزت و استقلال کاملہ کی طرف تبدیل ہو جائے گا۔
اس کے علاوہ یہ کہ مغربی طاقتوں کا منافقانہ اور دھوکے بازی پر مبنی مزاج اس خطے کے عوام پر آشکار ہو چکا ہے۔ امریکا اور یورپ نے حتی الامکان مصر،تیونس اور لیبیا میں اپنے مہروں کو بچانے کیلئے زور لگایا اور جب عوام کا ارادہ ان کی خواہشات پر فایق آ گیا تب کامران عوام کے لئے دھوکے پر مبنی دوستی کی مسکراہٹ سجائی۔
اللہ تعالی کی روشن آیات اور بیش قیمت حقایق جو گذشتہ ایک سال کے عرصے میں اس خطے میں رونما ہوئے ہیں اس سے کہیں زیادہ ہیں اور صاحبان تدبر و بصیرت کے لئے ان کا مشاہدہ اور ادراک دشوار نہیں ہے۔لیکن اس سب کے باوجود تمام امت مسلمہ اور خصوصا قیام کرنے والی اقوام کو دو بنیادی عوامل کی ضرورت ہے:
پہلے: قیام میں تسلسل و تداوم اور محکم ارادوں میں نرمی سے شدید پرہیز۔ اللہ تعالی نے قرآن مجید میں اپنے پیغمبر صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ وسلم کو یوں فرمایا ہے” فاستقم کما امرت و من تاب معک و لا تطغوا“ اور ” فلذلک فادع واستقم کما امرت“، اور حضرت موسی علیہ السلام کے بقول، ”وقال موسی لقومہ استعینوا باللہ و اصبروا، ان الارض للہ یورثھا من یشاءمن عبادہ والعاقبتہ للمتقین“، قیام کرنے والی اقوام کے لئے موجودہ زمانے میں تقوی کا سب سے بڑا مصداق یہ ہے کہ اپنی مبارک تحریک کو رکنے نہ دیں اور خود کو عارضی کامیابیوں کا شکار نہ ہونے دیں۔ یہ اس تقوی کا وہ اہم حصہ ہے جس کو اپنانے والے کے لئے عاقبت بخیر کی وعید عطا ہوئی ہے۔
دوسرے: بین الاقوامی مستکبرین اور ان عوامی انقلابوں سے چوٹ کھانے والی حکومتوں کے ہتھکنڈوں کے سامنے ہوشیار رہنا۔ وہ لوگ ہاتھ پر ہاتھ رکھ کر بیٹھ نہیں جائیں گے اور اپنے تمام تر سیاسی، سلامتی اور مالی وسایل کے ساتھ ان ممالک میں اپنے اثر و رسوخ اور طاقت کے دوبارہ تسلط کے لئے میدان میں اتریں گے۔ ان کا ہتھیار لالچ، دھمکی، فریب اور دھوکہ ہے۔ تجربے سے یہ ثابت ہوا ہے کہ خواص میں بعض ایسے لوگ بھی ہوتے ہیں جن پر یہ ہتھیار کارگر ثابت ہوتے ہیں اور خوف، لالچ اور غفلت انہیں شعوری یا لاشعوری طور پر دشمن کی خدمت میں لا کھڑا کرتے ہیں۔ جوانوں، روشنفکر دانشوروں اور علمائے دین کی بیدار آنکھیں پوری توجہ سے اس چیز کا خیال رکھیں۔
اہم ترین خطرہ ان ممالک میں برپا ہونے والے جدید سیاسی نظام کی ساخت و پرداز پر کفر و استکبار کے محاذکی مداخلت اور اس پر اثراندازی ہے۔ وہ اپنی تمام توانائیوں کو کام میں لاتے ہوئے کوشش کریں گے تاکہ نئے برپا ہونے والے نظام ،اسلامی اور عوامی تشخص سے خالی رہیں۔ ان ممالک کے تمام مخلص و ھمدرد حضرات اور وہ تمام افراد جو اپنے ملک کی عزت ، وقار اور تکریم کے لئے پر امید ہیں ان سب کو بھرپور کوشش کرنی چاہئے تا کہ نئے نظام میں اسلامی اور عوامی ہونا اپنے تمام تر مفہوم کے ساتھ جلوہ گر ہو۔ اس کے لئے آئین کا کردارسب سے نمایاں ہے ۔ قومی وحدت اور مذہبی قبایلی اور نسلی تنوع کو تسلیم کرنا، آیندہ کامیابیوں کی اہم شرط ہے۔
مصر، تیونس اور لیبیا اور دوسرے ممالک کی جراتمند، بہادر ،بیدار اور مجاہد اقوام کو یہ جان لینا چاہئے کہ ظلم، امریکی مکر و فریب اور دوسرے مغربی مستکبران سے انکی نجات کا صرف اور صرف یہ راستہ ہے کہ دنیا میں طاقت کا توازن انکے حق میں قائم ہو جائے۔ مسلمانوں کو اپنے تمام مسائل کو دنیا کے جہان خوروں کے ساتھ قطعی طور پر حل کرنے کے لئے یہ ضروری ہے کہ وہ اپنے آپ کو عالمی طاقت ہونے کی صف میں لاکھڑا کریں۔ یہ تب ہی ہو سکتا ہے جب عالم اسلام کے تمام ممالک باہمی تعاون اور یکجہتی کا مظاہرہ کریں۔ یہ ناقابل فراموش نصیحت امام خمینی ( رہ )عظیم کی ہے ۔
امریکا اور نیٹو، خبیث اور ڈکٹیٹر قذافی کے بہانے کئی ماہ تک لیبیا اور اس کے عوام پر آگ برساتے رہے ہیں۔جبکہ قذافی وہی شخص تھا جوکہ عوام کے جراتمند قیام سے پہلے ان کے نزدیک ترین دوستوں میں شمار ہوتا رہا۔ وہ اس سے گلے ملتے رہے اس کی مدد سے لیبیا کی دولت کو لوٹتے رہے اور اس کو مزید بہلانے کے لئے اس کے ہاتھ کو گرم جوشی سے دباتے تھے یا پھر اس پر بوسے دیتے تھے۔ عوام کے انقلاب کے بعد اسی کو بہانہ بنا کر لیبیا کا تمام تر بنیادی ڈھانچہ تباہ و برباد کر دیا۔ کون سی حکومت ہے جس نے نیٹو کو عوام کے قتل عام اور لیبیا کی تباہی جیسے المیے سے روکا ہو؟ جب تک مغربی وحشی اور خون خوار طاقتوں کے ہاتھ اور دانت توڑ نہ دئیے جائیں گے اس طرح کے خطرات اسلامی ممالک کو درپیش رہیں گے۔ ان خطرات سے نجات ما سوائے عالمی اسلامی بلاک بنانے کے ممکن نہیں ہے۔
مغرب، امریکا اور صیہونیت ہمیشہ کی نسبت آج سب سے زیادہ کمزور ہیں ۔ اقتصادی مسائل، افغانستان و عراق میں پے در پے ناکامیاں، امریکی اور دوسرے مغربی ممالک کے عوام کے شدید اعتراضات جو کہ روز بروز وسیع تر ہو رہے ہیں، فلسطین و لبنان کے عوام کی جان فشانیاں، یمن، بحرین اور بعض دوسرے امریکا کے زیر اثر ممالک کے عوام کا جراتمندانہ قیام، یہ سب کے سب امت مسلمہ اور بخصوص جدید انقلابی ممالک کے لئے بہت بڑی بشارت ہیں۔ پورے عالم اسلام اور خصوصا مصر، تیونس اور لیبیا کے تمام مومنین مرد و خواتین، بین الاقوامی اسلامی طاقت کے قیام کے لئے اس موقعہ سے زیادہ سے زیادہ فایدہ اٹھائیں۔ تحریکوں کے اکابرین خداوند بزرگ پر توکل اور اس کی نصرت و امداد کے وعدے پر بھروسہ کریں اور امت مسلمہ کی تاریخ کے اس جدید باب کو اپنے زندہ و جاوید افتخارات کے ساتھ، جو کہ رضائے الہی کا باعث اور اس کی نصرت و امداد کے لئے راہ ہمواری ہے زینت و آراستہ کریں۔

\"Al-Ghadir\" and its Relevance to Islamic Unity

The distinguished book entitled \"al-Ghadir\" has raised a huge wave in the world of Islam. Islamic thinkers shed light on the book in different perspectives; in literature, history, theology, tradition, tafsir, and sociology. From the social perspective we can deal with the Islamic unity. In this review the Islamic unity has been dealt with from a social point of view.
Contemporary Muslim thinkers and reformists are of the view that unity and solidarity of Muslims are the most imperative Islamic exigencies at the present juncture when the enemies have made extensive inroads upon the Islamic community and have tried to resort to different ways and means to spread the old differences and create new ones. We are aware that Islamic unity and fraternity is the focus of attention of the Holy Legislator of Islam and is actually the major objective pursued by this Divine religion as firmed by the Qur\'an, the \"Sunnah\", and the history of Islam.
For this reason, some people have been faced with this question: Wouldn\'t the compilation and publication of a book such as \"al-Ghadir\" which deals with the oldest issue of differences among the Muslims- create a barrier in the way of the sublime and lofty objective of the Islamic unity?
To answer this question, it is necessary first to elucidate the essence of this issue, that is, the Islamic unity, and then proceed to examine the role of the magnum opus entitled \"al-Ghadir\"and its eminent compiler \'Allamah Amini in bringing about Islamic unity.
Islamic Unity
What is meant by the Islamic unity? Does it mean that one Islamic school of thought should be unanimously followed and others be set aside? Or does it mean that the commonalties of all Islamic schools of thought should be taken up and their differences be put away to make up a new denomination which is not completely the same as the previous ones? Or does it mean that Islamic unity is in no way related to the unity of the different schools of Fiqh (jurisprudence) but signifies the unity of the Muslims and the unity of the followers of different schools of Fiqh, with their different religious ideas and views, vis-a-vis the aliens?
To give an illogical and impractical meaning to the issue of the Islamic unity, the opponents of the issue have called it to be the formation of a single Madhhab, so as to defeat it in the very first step. Without doubt, by the term Islamic unity, the intellectual Islamic \'Ulama\' (scholars) do not mean that all denominations should give in to one denomination or that the commonalties should be taken up and the different views and ideas be set aside, as these are neither rational and logical nor favorable and practical. By the Islamic unity these scholars mean that all Muslims should unite in one line against their common enemies.
These scholars slate that Muslims have many things in common, which can serve as the foundations of a firm unity. All Muslims worship the One Almighty and believe in the Prophethood of the Holy Prophet (s). The Qur\'an is the Book of all Muslims and Ka\'abah is their \"qiblah\" (direction of prayer). They go to\"hajj\" pilgrimage with each other and perform the \"hajj\" rites and rituals like one another. They say the daily prayers and fast like each other. They establish families and engage in transactions like one another. They have similar ways of bringing up their children and burying their dead. Apart from minor affairs, they share similarities in all the aforementioned cases. Muslims also share one kind of world view, one common culture, and one grand, glorious, and long-standing civilization.
Unity in the world view, in culture, in the civilization, in insight and disposition, in religious beliefs, in acts of worship and prayers, in social rites and customs can well turn the Muslim into a unified nation to serve as a massive and dominant power before which the big global powers would have to bow down. This is especially true in view of the stress laid by Islam on this principle. According to the explicit wording of the Qur\'an, the Muslims are brothers, and special rights and duties link them together. So, why shouldn\'t the Muslims use all these extensive facilities accorded to them as the blessing of Islam?
This group of \'Ulama\' are of the view that there is no need for the Muslims to make any compromise on the primary or secondary principles of their religion for the sake of Islamic unity. Also it is not necessary for the Muslims to avoid engaging in discussions and reasons and writing books on primary and secondary principles about which they have differences. The only consideration for Islamic unity in this case is that the Muslims- in order to avoid the emergence or accentuation of vengeance - preserve their possession, avoid insulting and accusing each other and uttering fabrications, abandon ridiculing the logic of one another, and finally abstain from hurting one another and going beyond the borders of logic and reasoning. In fact, they should, at least, observe the limits which Islam has set forth for inviting non-Muslims to embrace it:
\"Call to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good exhortation, and have disputations with them in the best manner... \"(16: 125)
Some people are of the view that those schools of fiqh, such as, Shafi\'i and Hanafi which have no differences in principle should establish brotherhood and stand in one line. They believe that denominations which have differences in the principles can in no way be brothers. This group view the religious principles as an interconnected set as termed by scholars of Usul, as an interrelated and interdependent set; any damage to one principle harms all principles.
As a result, those who believe in this principle are of the view that when, for instance, the principle of \"imamah\" is damaged and victimized, unity and fraternity will bear no meaning and for this reason the Shi\'ah and the Sunnis cannot shake hands as two Muslim brothers and be in the same rank, no matter who their enemy is.
The first group answers this group by saying: \"There is no reason for us to consider the principles as an interrelated set and follow the principle of \"all or none\". Imam \'Ali (\'a) chose a very logical and reasonable approach. He left no stone unturned to retrieve his right. He used everything within his power to restore the principle of \"imamah\", but he never adhered to the motto of \"all or none\". \'Ali (\'a) did not rise up for his right, and that was not compulsory. On the contrary, it was a calculated and chosen approach. He did not fear death. Why didn\'t he rise up? There could have been nothing above martyrdom. Being killed for the cause of the Almighty was his ultimate desire. He was more intimate with martyrdom than a child is with his mother\'s breast. But in his sound calculations, Imam \'All (\'a) had reached the conclusion that under the existing conditions it was to the interest of Islam to foster collaboration and cooperation among the Muslims and give up revolt. He repeatedly stressed this point.
In one of his letters (No.62 \"Nahj al Balaghah\") to Malik al-Ashtar, he wrote the following:
\"First I pulled back my hand until I realized that a group of people converted from Islam and invited the people toward annihilating the religion of Muhammad(s). So I feared that if I did not rush to help Islam and the Muslims, I would see gaps or destruction which calamity would be far worse than the several-day-long demise of caliphate.\"
In the six-man council, after appointment of \'Uthman by \'Abdul-Rahman ibn \'Awf, \'Ali (\'a) set forth his objection as well as his readiness for collaboration as follows:\"
You well know that I am more deserving than others for caliphate. But now by Allah, so long as the affairs of the Muslims are in order and my rivals suffice with setting me aside and only I am alone subjected to oppression, I will not oppose (the move) and will give in (to it).\" (From Sermon 72, \"Nahj al- Balaghah\").
These indicate that in this issue \'Ali (\'a) condemned the principle of \"all or none\". There is no need to further elaborate the approach taken by \'Ali (\'a) toward this issue. There are ample historical proofs and reasons in this regard.
\'Allamah Amini
Now it is time to see to which group the eminent \'Allamah, Ayatullah Amini - the distinguished compiler of the \"al-Ghadir\" - belonged and how he thought. Did he approve of the unity of the Muslims only within the light of Shi\'ism? Or did he consider Islamic fraternity to be broader? Did he believe that Islam which is embraced by uttering the \"shahadatayn\" (the Muslim creed) would willy-nilly create some rights for the Muslims and that the brotherhood and fraternity set forth in the Qur\'an exists among all Muslims?
\'Allamah Amini personally considered this point - i.e. the need to elucidate his viewpoint on this subject and elaborate whether\"al-Ghadir\" has a positive or a negative role in (the establishment of) Islamic unity. In order not to be subject to abuse by his opponent - be they among the pros and cons - he has repeatedly explained and elucidated his views.
\'Allamah Amini supported Islamic unity and viewed an open mind and clear insight. On different occasions, he set forth this matter in various volumes of the \"al-Ghadir\'. Reference will be made to some of them below:
In the preface to volume I, he briefly mentions the role of \"al-Ghadir\" in the world of Islam. He states: \"And we consider all this as service to religion, sublimation of the word of the truth, and restoration of the Islamic \'ummah\' (community).\"
In volume 3 (page 77), after quoting the fabrications of Ibn Taymiyah, Alusi, and Qasimi to the effect that Shi \'ism is hostile to some of the Ahl al-Bayt (the Household of the Prophet) such as Zayd bin \'Ali bin al-Huseyn, he notes the following under the title of \"Criticism and Correction\":
\"These fabrications and accusations sow the seeds of corruption, stir hostilities among the \'ummah\',create discord among the Islamic community, divide the \'ummah\', and clash with the public interests of the Muslims.
Again in volume 3 (page 268), he quotes the accusation leveled on the Shi\'ahs by Sayyid Muhammad Rashid Rida to the effect that \"Shi\'ahs are pleased with any defeat incurred by Muslims, so much as they celebrated the victory of the Russians over the Muslims.\" Then he says:
\"These falsehoods are fabricated by persons like Sayyid Muhammad Rashid Rida. The Shi\'ahs of Iran and Iraq against whom this accusation is leveled, as well as the orientalists, tourists, envoys of Islamic countries, and those who traveled and still travel to Iran and Iraq, have no information about this trend. Shi\'ahs, without exception, respect the lives, blood, reputation, and property of the Muslims be they Shi\'ahs or Sunnis. Whenever a calamity has befallen the Islamic community anywhere, in any region, and for any sects, the Shi\'ahs have shared their sorrow. The Shi\'ahs have never been confined to the Shi\'ah world, the (concept of) Islamic brotherhood which has been set forth in the Qur\'an and the \'sunnah\'(the Prophet\'s sayings and actions), and in this respect, no discrimination has been made between the Shi\'ahs and the Sunnis.\"
Also at the close of volume 3, he criticizes several books penned by the ancients such as \"Iqd al-Farid\" by Ibn Abd al-Rabbih, \"al-Intisar\" by Abu al-Husayn Khayyat al-Mu\'tazili,\"al Farq bayn al-Firaq\" by Abu Mansur al-Baghdadi, \"al-Fasl\" by Ibn Hazm al-Andulusi, \"al-Milal wa al-Nihal\" by Muhammad ibn Abdul-Karim al-Shahristani \"Minhaj al-Sunnah\" by Ibn Taymiah and \"al-Bidayah wa al-Nihayah\"by Ibn Kathir and several by the later writers such as \"Tarikh al-Umam al-Islamiyyah\" by Shaykh Muhammad Khizri, \"Fajr al Islam\" by Ahmad Amin, \"al-Jawlat fi Rubu al-Sharq al-Adna\" by Muhammad Thabit al-Mesri, \"al-Sira Bayn al-Islam wa al-Wathaniyah\" by Qasimi, and \"al- Washi\'ah\" by Musa Jarallah. Then he states the following:
\"By quoting and criticizing these books, we aim at warning and awakening the Islamic \'ummah\' (to the fact) that these books create the greatest danger for the Islamic community, they destabilize the Islamic unity and scatter the Muslim lines. In fact nothing can disrupt the ranks of the Muslims, destroy their unity, and tear their Islamic fraternity more severely than these books.\"
\'Allamah Amini, in the preface to volume 5, under title of\"Nazariyah Karimah\" on the occasion of a plaque of honor forwarded from Egypt for \"al-Ghadir\", clearly sets forth his view on this issue and leaves no room for any doubt. He remarks:
\"People are free to express views and ideas on religion. These (views and ideas) will never tear apart the bond of Islamic brotherhood to which the holy Qur\'an has referred by stating that \'surely the believers are brethren\'; even though academic discussion and theological and religious debates reach a peak. This has been the style of the predecessors, and of the \'sahaba\' and the\'tabi\'un\', at the head of them.
\"Notwithstanding all the differences that we have in the primary and secondary principles, we, the compilers and writers in nooks and corners of the world of Islam, share a common point and that is belief in the Almighty and His Prophet. A single spirit and one (form of) sentiment exists in all our bodies, and that is the spirit of Islam and the term\'ikhlas,\"
\"We, the Muslim compilers, all live under the banner of truth and carry out our duties under the guidance of the Qur\'an and the Prophetic Mission of the Holy Prophet (s). The message of all of us is \'Surely the (true) religion with Allah is Islam ... (3:18)\' and the slogan of all of us is \'There is no god but Allah and Muhammad is His Messenger.\' Indeed, we are (the members of) the party of Allah and the supporters of his religion.
In the preface to volume 8, under the title of \"al-Ghadir Yowahhad al-Sufuf fil-Mila al-Islami\", \'Allamah Amini directly makes researches into the role of \"Al- Ghadir\" in (the establishment of) Islamic unity. In this discussion, this great scholar categorically rejects the accusations leveled by those who said: \'Al-Ghadir\' causes greater discord among the Muslims. He proves that, on the contrary, \"Al-Ghadir\"removes many misunderstandings and brings the Muslims closer to one another. Then he brings evidence by mentioning the confessions of the non-Shi\'i Islamic scholars. At the close, he quotes the letter of Shaykh Muhammad Saeed Dahduh written in this connection.
To avoid prolongation of this article, we will not quote and translate the entire statements of \'Allamah Amini in explaining the positive role of \"al-Ghadir\" in (establishing) Islamic unity, since what has already been mentioned sufficiently proves this fact.
The positive role of \"al-Ghadir\" is established by the facts that it firstly clarifies the proven logic of the Shi\'ahs and proves that the inclination of Muslims to Shi\'ism - notwithstanding the poisonous publicity of some people - is not due to political, ethnic, or other trends and considerations. It also verifies that a powerful logic based on the Qur\'an and the \"sunnah\" has given rise to this tendency.
Secondly, it reflects that some accusations leveled on Shi\'ism - which have made other Muslims distanced from the Shi\'ah- are totally baseless and false. Examples of these accusations are the notion that the Shi\'ites prefer the non-Muslims to the non- Shi\'i Muslims, rejoice at the defeat of non-Shi\'ite Muslims at the hands of non-Muslims, and other accusations such as the idea that instead of going to hajj pilgrimage, the Shi\'ahs go on pilgrimage to shrines of the Imams, or have particular rites in prayers and in temporary marriage.
Thirdly, it introduces to the world of Islam the eminent Commander of the faithful \'Ali (\'a) who is the most oppressed and the least praised grand Islamic personality and who could be the leader of all Muslims, as well as his pure offspring.
Other Comments on \"al-Ghadir\"
Many unbiased non-Shia Muslims interpret the \"al-Ghadir\" in the same way that has already been mentioned.
Muhammad Abdul-Ghani Hasan al-Mesri, in his foreword on\"al-Ghadir\", which has been published in the preface to volume I, second edition, states:
\"I call on the Almighty to make your limpid brook (in Arabic, \'Ghadir\' means brook) the cause of peace and cordiality between the Shia and Sunni brothers to cooperate with one another in building the Islamic \"ummah.\"
\'Adil Ghadban, the managing editor of the Egyptian magazine entitled \"al-Kitab\", said the following in the preface to volume 3:
\"This book clarifies the Shi\'ite logic. The Sunnis can correctly learn about the Shi\'i through this book. Correct recognition of the Shi\'ahs brings the views of the Shi\'ahs and the Sunnis closer, and they can make a unified rank\".
In his foreword to the \"al-Ghadir\" which was published in thepreface to volume 4, Dr. Muhammad Ghallab, professor of philosophy at the Faculty of Religious Studies al-Azhar University said:
\"I got hold of your book at a very opportune time, because right now I am busy collecting and compiling a book on the lives of the Muslims from various perspectives. Therefore, I am highly avidfor obtaining sound information about \'Imamiyah\' Shi\'ism. Your book will help me. And I will not make mistakes about the Shi\'ahs as others have\".
In this foreword published in the preface to volume 4 of the\"al-Ghadir\", Dr. \'Abdul-Rahman Kiali Halabi says the following after referring to the decline of the Muslims in the present age and the factors which can lead to the Muslims\' salvation, one of which is the sound recognition of the successor of the Holy Prophet (s):
\"The book entitled \"al-Ghadir\" and its rich content deserves to be known by every Muslim to learn how historians have been negligent and see where the truth lies. Through this means, we should compensate for the past, and by striving to foster the unity of the Muslims, we should try to gain the due rewards\".
These were the views of \'Allamah Amini about the important social issues of our age and such were his sound reflections in the world of Islam.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was born in village of Aradan near city of Garmsar, southeast of Tehran in 1956. He is the fourth son of an ironworker who had seven children. Mahmoud and his family migrated to Tehran when he was one-year-old. He went to primary and high school in Tehran and got his diploma and was admitted to the University of Science and Technology (Elm-o-Sanaat) in the field of civil engineering after he ranked 132nd in the nationwide university entrance exams in 1975. He was accepted as an MS student at the same university in 1986 and became a member of the scientific board of the Civil Engineering College of University of Science and Technology. Later on he got his doctorate in 1987 in the field of engineering and traffic transportation planning. He is married with two sons and one daughter.
Following the 1979 Islamic revolution he became a member the conservative faction of the Office for Strengthening Unity [OSU] Between Universities and Theological Seminaries. The OSU was established by Ayatollah Mohammad Beheshti, one of Ayatollah Khomeini's key advisors, to organize Islamic students against the rapidly growing Islamic group of Mojahedin-e Khalq (MEK).
With invasion of Iraq and start of the Iran-Iraq war in 1980, Ahmadinejad rushed to the western fronts to fight against the enemy and joined the voluntary (basij) forces of the Islamic Revolution's Guards Corps (IRGC). He served in different units of the Islamic Revolution Guards Engineering Corps.
He served as governor of Maku and Khoy cities in the northwestern West Azerbaijan province, and as an advisor to the governor general of the western province of Kurdistan for two years. While serving as the cultural advisor to then Ministry of Culture and Higher Education in 1993, he was appointed as governor general of the newly established northwestern province of Ardebil from 1993 to 1997. He was elected as the exemplary governor general for three consecutive years. But in 1997 the newly-installed Khatami administration removed Ahmadinejad from his post as Ardebil governor general. He returned to the University of Science and Technology (Elm-o-Sanaat) again to teach in 1997.
In April 2003 Ahmadinejad was appointed mayor of Tehran by the capital's municipal council, which is dominated by the hard-line Islamic Iran Developers Coalition (Etelaf-e Abadgaran-e Iran-e Islami). In some of Ahmadinejad's public statements, he has appeared to identify himself as a Developer. He lives a very Spartan lifestyle and that's how he projected himself. As Mayor, he reversed many of the policies of previous moderate and reformist mayors, placing serious religious emphasis on the activities of the cultural centers by turning them into prayer halls during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan. He also suggested the burial of the bodies of martyrs of the Iran-Iraq war in major city squares of Tehran.
On 24 June 2005 Dr. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was elected as Iran's sixth president. He swept to the presidential post with a stunning 17,046,441 votes out of a total of 27,536,069 votes cast in the runoff election.
In the 2009 presidential election Ahmadinejad was nominated to run for the second term.
In the presidential election of 2009, 39,165,191 ballots were cast on 12th June, according to Iran's election headquarters. Ahmadinejad won 24,527,516 votes, (62.63%). In second place, Mir Hossein Mousavi won 13,216,411 (33.75%) of the votes. The election drew unprecedented public interest in Iran.
The election results remain in dispute as Mir Hossein Mousavi and his supporters who believe that electoral fraud occurred during the election. This popular belief ignited protests and demonstrations in the large cities with a united slogan of “Where is my vote”, which resulted in the birth of “Green Movement” of Iran.
Finally Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei formally endorsed Ahmadinejad as President on 3 August 2009, and Dr. Ahmadinejad was sworn in for a second term on 5 August 2009
Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iran have agreed to expand socio-economic cooperation and more particularly neutralize foreign interference in this part of the world.
At the conclusion of a tripartite summit in Islamabad, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said the regional cooperation will lead to an end to foreign interference, a reference to the US-led NATO military presence in Afghanistan.
The Iranian President said that the nuclear weapon do not empower any state and must be eliminated from political relations.
Howerver, Afghan President Hamid Karazi’s focus was to gain regional support for the Taliban talks, a reference to his demand to include Kabul in the talks between the US and Taliban.
Islamabad asserted that it would lend its support to President Karazi in any future Taliban talks. The Taliban have so far refused to negotiate with Kabul describing Karzai administration as the puppet.
The three neighboring countries also decided to step up their efforts to combat drug production and trafficking in Afghanistan, a particular source of concern for Pakistan.
The summit also decided to enhance trilateral trade through facilitative measures like preferential tariff and free trade arrangements and barter trade.
The three countries in their summit declaration sounded determined to ensure the territorial integrity and sovereignty of regional states.
This is a clear reference to the frequent US drone strikes in Pakistan's tribal region that have killed large number of civilians since 2004.
However, analysts believe more than any thing else, it depends on Islamabad if it is willing to scrap secret deals with Americans that allows them to carry out drone attacks in the tribal areas.

Ayatollah Khamenei reaffirmed however that stability will be restored to the revolutionary countries, especially Egypt and that any dictator regimes will be uprooted from the region.
